Bom, mas faltou uma melhor comunicação.

O estabelecimento em si era muito bom. Os atendentes do local foram muito atenciosos e o quarto era muito bom. Só tive um problema com a locação devido ao não envio dos dados por parte do locatario, ou seja cheguei na hora do check-in e eu não tinha a senha nem o numero do apartamento, o que gerou um constrangimento e só consegui fazer o check-in para ter acesso ao quarto quase 2 horas após o horário combinado.

Ótimo local e estrutura.

Serviço ruim! Esta foi a 2ª vez no Vn Gomes de Carvalho. Na 1ª vez foi sensacional(reserva por outro empresa que administra os Flat's) ! Mas nesta vez, o atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Cheguei no local era meio dia, a recepcionista falou que não tinha reserva no meu nome, que a reserva só iria aparecer no sistema após as 15h, desta forma, eu voltei era 16:30 e mesmo assim ela me disse que a reserva não estava ativa. Tive que ligar para o atendimento do hoteis.com, onde eles ligaram para a recepcionista e assim foi regularizada a questão. Pensei que a dor de cabeça seria apenas está, mas chegando no Flat, outra incompatibilidade com a reserva. A mesma foi com duas camas de solteiros e o quarto estava montado com uma cama de casal. Voltando na recepção a pessoa ligou para uma terceira pessoa responsável SmartSharing para que pudesse solucionar a questão. Depois de muita conversa e explicação, disseram que não teria mão de obra para separar as camas no dia, que teria apenas no dia seguinte. Nos mesmo separamos as camas e eles levaram as roupas de camas de solteiro para que sejam instaladas. Resumindo o Flat é ótimo está em uma excelente localização, mas o serviço prestado foi péssimo!
