The hostel is okay. There are nice people and the rooms are fine and for a very good price. However, don't expect a lot of service. Towels aren't provided and toilet paper is only replaced when asked for. Bathrooms aren't very clean. They also initially put me in the wrong room and than asked me to change or pay extra. It seems like this is intentional as the same happened to another visitor. Although Hotels.com states that breakfast and airport transfer are included, this is not the case.

Pior impossível

Horrível em todos quesitos Recepção já mau humorada, banheiro sujo com mofo, quarto bagunçado e desorganizado. A recepcionista nem sabia qual cama estava vaga, armários lotados pelos outros q estavam no quarto, não sobrando nenhum p mim. Ainda teve uma festa q durou até 23h em uma quinta feira, com som MT alto não permitindo ngm dormir mais cedo. Ventilador não funcionava e janela MT pequena, não permitindo circular ar, além de ter mofo no quarto tbm. Para fechar a experiência horrível, foi expulsa pela própria recepcionista da minha cama enquanto eu tomava banho, mesmo ainda faltando MT tempo p check out, não entendi nada ,só vi minhas coisas em cima de outra cama e ela deitada na minha cama . Cozinha sempre suja e cheia de louça . É um mais barato q p mim pelo menos não valeu a pena em nada .

-N sei se os funcionários q são despreparados ou o sistema q é falho mas n conseguiram localizar minha reserva. -Após conseguir resolver a questão do checkin,pedi p me acompanharem até a acomodação mas a moça ficou conversando com outros hóspedes,eu só queria descansar,felizmente outro atendente me levou até o quarto. -Quando foi me mostrar qual era a cama,o mesmo n sabia qual estava vaga e qual n,ele sugeriu q eu ficasse em alguma das camas na parte de cima pois estariam vagas,assim q organizei todas minhas coisas uma moça apareceu falando q eu estava na cama dela. -Eu chegava cansada das reuniões e só queria descansar porém a música era muito alta. -Deveria ter alguma norma q n permitisse assistir filme sem fone de ouvido dentro do quarto,tinha hóspede as 21h assistindo filme enquanto eu queria dormir. -1 dia antes confirmei com a recepção se havia mais 1 noite reservada a mesma confirmou q sim, porém na hora do checkout constava q eu tinha pendência de mais 1 diária,após mostrar q já havia feito o pagamento,felizmente resolvemos. -No último dia q fiquei,deixei p levantar mais tarde pois o checkout era meio dia,9 da manhã a moça da recepção estava no quarto e perguntou se eu já iria fazer o checkout ou iria pagar mais 1 checkin,eu estava meio sonolenta no momento,achei desnecessário ela perguntar, poderia esperar eu acordar ou esperar até umas 10h 11h, até pq nos dias anteriores eu tava levantando 5 da manhã,naquele dia gostaria de descansar um pouco. -Ñ servem café.

Os funcionários são atenciosos, solícitos ao responder uma dúvida ou repassar uma informação, a localização é perfeita, porém, a limpeza no ambiente não existe, os banheiros são insuficientes pela quantidade de quartos, espelho quebrado no banheiro, porta solta do box do banheiro.

Custo benefício para quem quer só dormir.

Achei muito quente o quarto. Mas foi suportável. O banheiro de cima é um pouco sujo. Acredito q seja pq todo mundo use ele constantemente. Mas deveria ter uma atenção nisso. Não me informaram que não era servido café da manhã nos dias de semana. Não sei se não reparei no anúncio. Mas acredito q isso deveria ser reforçado. De resto para quem quer pagar barato e só dormir o hostel é bom. Foi tranquilo e não fui incomodado em momento algum. Só achei o quarto quente e os banheiros deixam um pouco a desejar. Mas isso tudo são as minhas impressões outros podem ir lá e achar tudo maravilhoso.

Cheap and Convenient

After reading some not good reviews about the hostel I was quite nervous about my stay. Staff were all really friendly and usually someone around whom spoke English with the couple staff whom didn't. The condition of mattresses is very variable ... Mine was good however could so major lumps in other mattresses in the room. First night was very quiet but Friday night had a party happening in communal area way past 10pm quiet time. Overall - it was cheap and convenient for a couple of days of sightseeing; and I didn't feel I was going to catch something
