Great hotel! Great value!

Such a great hotel for the price. The location is excellent if you want to walk or take very brief uber rides to the sites. The customer service is notable especially in the restaurant where the service was friendly and exceptional.

Great location, nice staff.

Great location. Right next some really good restaurants. Room was a good size, comfortable bed and nice check in experience. Room did not have enough light and hotel overall could use a bit of a refresh but good value for money.

Excellent, would recommend

The hotel is lovely, all staff were friendly and front desk staff speak Portuguese and English which is excellent. The rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good quality. The hotel was in a safe location and not too far of a walk from shopping and subway.

It’s a nice hotel but the hallways have a weird smell, maybe because it’s carpet. There’s no coffee maker in the room and the bed is just ok. The location is excellent and the breakfast is really good. Very safe area and very walkable.

The staff is friendly. Breakfast is good and has variety. I would prefer bigger and spongy pancakes. The chef's chicken specialty is delicious. Yes, that's for breakfast! My room was super clean, especially the bathroom, and everything within the facilities worked. There is no iron in the room, but if you need one, just request it in reception. They only prepare breakfast boxes in advance and for those leaving before 5 am. Overall, I'm glad that I chose this hotel over other options my colleagues complained about.

It is a good place to stay in SP. Nice location, is inexpensive, excellent breakfast buffet, nice service. I did not use the other services, so I can't comment. But I will stay there again
