This was an ideal place for us to stay with a small infant. The room was excellent and the staff, lovely. One thing i would have preferred is if there wasnt such bright light bulbs. It was very harsh and gave no ambient lighting so was hard to get baby to sleep even with just one lamp light on.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I was able to explore the area easily and enjoy all that it had to offer. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I could need for a relaxing stay. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable, from providing recommendations for things to do in the area to making sure that all of my needs were met.

Great place, perfect location

Overall, a great experience, as someone would expect from any Mercure hotel. The only downside was the kettle in the room. It wasn't working and they didn't fix it after I mentioned about the problem. The best part here is the location. You're a stone throw from Japan House, Itaú Cultural, SESC (all culture-based places). Paulista Avenue is the main road in the city, bringing together many shopping centres, cafés, department stores and the best connection via underground to most of the city centre.

I am sad to say that the Mercure Sao Paolo Grand Plaza Paulista is the worst hotel I have stayed in in decades. I booked a 4-star hotel but this hotel is no more than a 2-star hotel. The rooms are terrible.

The area is good! But overall, the hotel needs an urgent refurbish, the breakfast was bellow average (there was no butter first day), and the internet sucks! Never above 1Mb. If you need internet access, you´d better look for another hotel.

The hotel was right by paulista ave. We walked to it and then up and down paulista ave many times. Lots of little shops and food especially on sunday. The housekeeping staff was good. They were always cleaning and supplying towels. The front desk staff was great- we needed to change our room to fit 3 people a few days after we got there. Instead of having to check out and wait till 2 to check back in the girl just switched are room right then. Saved us a lot of stress and she didnt have to do it. The restraunt wasn't so good, maybe it was an off day

It's was a nice stay overall, but there were some things that feels like management is out of touch with the property. For example, some of the lights had wiring issues and broke. I was surprised to find there was not an iron/ironing board in the room? And then the biggest thing that stood out was not having a trash can inside the room. The only one was the small one in the bathroom for toilet paper, so it didn't have enough space for drink containers. I think if the general manager spent a night in the hotel it would provide some perspective of what could be improved. A big thing that would also greatly improve the quality are the mattresses. Outside of that though, most of the staff was helpful.

Minha estadia foi um verdadeiro desastre na parte administrativa e de atendimento. Eu já havia pago a reserva pelo Expedia, mas mesmo assim cobraram novamente do meu filho via Pix. Além disso, quando pedi para estender a estadia, obrigaram meu filho a sair do quarto para depois colocá-lo de volta no mesmo quarto, algo totalmente sem sentido. Há uma funcionária no turno da noite que é muito confusa, fala demais e acabou gerando ainda mais confusão, principalmente porque tínhamos três quartos reservados. Para completar, agora estão tentando me cobrar novamente por consumos que já haviam sido pagos. Sinceramente, foi uma experiência caótica e decepcionante.

Hotel muito bom, muito próximo da Paulista (shopping Pátio Paulista, MASP, etc…). Já fiquei outras vezes e voltarei c certeza. O hotel precisa de uma reforma, tirar uma banheira alta do banheiro, vi nos comentários q tem quartos reformados, ficamos em um quarto sem reforma, mas a limpeza, o cuidado, colchões bons, roupa de cama boa supera e está td certo! O café da manhã é sensacional👏👏! E no dia dia de ir embora nos permitiram fazer late checkout!

Equipe de funcionários atenciosa. Mas no Geral Hotel precisando urgente de cuidados com a manutenção, troquei 3x de quarto e todos o box vazava agua por todo o banheiro encharcando os pisos. 2 Lampadas para o quarto todo, zero iluminação. Toalha de rosto furada. Café da manhã sofrível, poucas opções e todos os dias a mesmíssima coisa. Não vale o valor corbado da diária.

A administração se preocupou com a decoração do lobby e se esqueceu dos quartos. Móveis antigos, com muitas marcas de desgaste, portas dos armários todas emperradas, banheiro com cheiro desagradável o tempo todo. Se você respeita seu dinheiro, passe longe.
