Is an extremely old property, I woke up sweaty because the air conditioning didn't work, the internet was conspicuous by its absence, there was never any, the area where the hotel was located was not the best, the streets were dirty and there were a lot of brothels around. The breakfast was very good and the staff VERY KIND

A nice hotel w/excellent cost-benefit relation and next to Paulista Avenue Beds are quite comfortable and sheets are soft, cozy. Shower is excellent, w/a strong stream of water. Room is clean and has AC. Also, the breakfast is really good, w/a nice variety of breads, cakes and fruits. Can't complain about the employees, they were polite and helpful. Totally recommend it

Great location, friendly and English speaking front desk staff. Didn’t get to experience room service as first day I’ve stayed there i slept most of the time and second day for some reason they didn’t service the room after i left to explore the city but that’s fine as i really didn’t need the housekeeping. Amenities are dated and definitely require refresh. But I’d definitely stay there again

Terrible and dirty place with bugs. Service is poor and the rooms don’t even have basic amenities. The hotel is not at all maintained. The owner of the property is very rude to the customers when asked for a service and doesn’t care about customers. Worst hotel I stayed so far! Please, avoid at any cost!

Hotel muito bem localizado. Fácil acesso à linha amarela de metro e perto de muitos bares e restaurantes. Pontos positivos: Funcionários muito educados e atenciosos, e quarto muito limpinho. Fiquei realmente impressionado com isso. Pontos negativos: o Wi‑Fi não funciona nos quartos. Nem adianta reclamar que não tem o que fazer. O ar estava bem barulhento e acabávamos acordando de noite com alguns sustos do barulho que ele fazia. Tente reservar um quarto de fundo para ter menos barulho da rua (que é barulhenta por natureza, nao é culpa do hotel).

A equipe é sensacional, sempre solicita a tudo que precisávamos, o nosso ar condicionado deu problema, na hora nós trocaram de quarto. Pedimos 1 gira a mais no quarto também não criaram caso, eles são ótimos anfitriões. O café da manhã cumpre bem a função, quarto grande, lençóis bons. O único se não é a falta de tomadas próximas a cama.

A estadia no Moncloa em São Paulo foi excelente! Gostaria de parabenizar a equipe de limpeza, pelo cuidado ao manter tudo impecável desde a entrada até os quartos, aos recepcionistas pela simpatia, profissionalismo e gentileza e também as copeiras e equipe da cozinha, pela eficiência na reposição dos itens do café e organização do ambiente. A localização é um ponto importante para quem aprecia a mobilidade urbana. Estar perto do metrô, ter fácil acesso a Ubers e poder explorar a região a pé é uma conveniência enorme. É importante mencionar que a rua possui, de fato, uma vida noturna bastante agitada, mas em nenhum momento nos sentimos inseguros, o que é fundamental. Certamente, repetiria a experiência no Moncloa. Muito obrigado pela hospitalidade! PS. Deixo a sugestão aos futuros hóspedes, para pesquisarem sobre a rua Augusta, antes de ir com menores de idade ou idosos conservadores.

Fiquei diversas vezes nesse hotel e sempre elogiei muito, porém essa última estadia foi um pouco mais embaraçosa. Cheguei antes do horário para o check in, só queria poder guardar o carro no estacionamento pq em SP é impossível estacionar, e mesmo com o carro já embicado para entrar tive que esperar 15min para liberar o quarto e então poder entrar no estacionamento, entretanto me permitiram fazer o check in antes do horário. O Wi-Fi não funcionou e a tv tb não, o hotel foi solicito em nos mudar para o outro quarto. Nesse outro quarto ficamos sem controle da tv e apenas 1 toalha de banho, pedimos no dia seguinte e foi resolvido. Por último, toda vez que chegávamos para entrar no quarto após a limpeza a chave não funcionava, tínhamos que descer até a recepção para ativar novamente. Resumindo, uma estadia bagunçada, porém o hotel tem potencial para melhorar.
