The renovated rooms are great, ask for one. The suite is also outstanding, even if a bit pricey. Suites have a lot of space and a view. Staff is extremely courteous and solicitous. Special shout out to Pimenta, who made our transit thru the reception area always a delight.

Ótima localização

Os pontos positivos do Emiliano: atendimento excelente de seus colaboradores, restaurante impecável sob o comando da chefe Vivi, localização com tudo perto. Ponto negativo: quarto e banheiro precisam de renovação. Pedimos um quarto sem carpete, que nos foi dado. Quarto 302, terceiro andar, de fundos para o spa. Barulhento e localização muito ruim. Apesar de ser sem carpete, a entrada do quarto ainda tem carpete. O banheiro não tinha banheira, muito embora na foto da propaganda de compra constava uma. O vaso sanitário da marca japonesa Toto não estava em perfeito funcionamento. O hotel chegou a nos oferecer um outro quarto com banheira, mas com carpete, mas não aceitamos a troca. Quem quiser quarto sem carpete, peça para ficar no quarto andar. Creio que seja mais silêncio. Mas, apesar desses problemas, vale muito a hospedagem.

Só um detalhe importantíssimo!

O hotel Emiliano é incrível, porém só tem um problema, um barulho constante dentro do quarto provindo do motor do refrigerador, para mim é um barulho difícil de conviver. Só não houvesse o barulho eu diria que o hotel é maravilhoso, daria nota 10 com 6 estrelas.
