Disappointing

The area was extremely run down and we were told my several taxi drivers to be careful that it was dangerous. The internet did not connect once on any device and when talking to reception they told us the signal was weak. None of the staff spoke any English so it was difficult to even communicate through google translate with no internet. The air conditioning made a lot of noise when turned on. There was blaring music from a bar on the street below which also seemed to have the sound carried through the AC. I would not reccomend staying here.

O Hotel é excelente, no quarto que fiquei a cama era confortável, quarto enorme, banheiro grande com otimo chuveiro, o cafe de manha uma delicia, vi outros comentarios sobre cafe ruim, localizacao com varios moradores de rua, lembrando que é Sao Paulo, vai ter morador de rua em todo lugar, as pessoas querem pagar um valor baixo para ficar em hotel 5 estrelas, me desculpe, achei o hotel fantastico

Reservei o quarto quadruplo para três pessoas, o que deu mais conforto, pois há um ambiente a mais e o banheiro é maior. Por ficar no centro de SP há uma rotatividade de hospedes e o café da manhã é bem concorrido. Como a viagem foi para lazer cultural, serviu perfeitamente para esse objetivo.

Limpeza excelente! O atendente do período vespertino é solicito e prestativo! Apenas duas coisas simples de solucionar não nos agradaram. A altura da conversa e gargalhadas na madrugada vindo da portaria e calçada. E alguns integrantes que residem no hotel, qual não respeitam horários principalmente arrastando mobilia na madrugada.

Hotel excelente! Localizado na área central de São Paulo. Funcionários atenciosos entre tantos vou citar a Sr Andreia e Neusa (recepção). Café da manhã, limpeza e recepção muito bom. Localização proximo a 25 de março, pizzaria, bares, mini mercados, etc... Policiamento muito bem atendido com a PM e GCM. Hotel tem estacionamento pago no local e diária fica entre R$ 29,00 carro pequeno e R$ 50,00 carro grande. Água do banho e da pia a caldeira, muito bom. Tem frigobar no quarto. Pra um Hotel 3 estrelas as acomodações são excelentes. Ficamos morando nesse hotel por 10 dias. Recomendo!
