Na verdade não tem nada de bom,o hotel é horrível tem um forró bem em frente fazendo muito barulho não tem como dormir é um pesadelo.Os quartos são instalações muito antigas,os chuveiros faltam água e quando tem demora muito para esquentar,sem falar nos ratos que encontramos no último dia dentro do refeitório, sinceramente nunca mais.

Escolhi o hotel pela proximidade do evento que eu ia participar. E ao final posso dizer que essa foi a única coisa de bom que ele oferecia. Pra não ser injusta, tinha um bom chuveiro também.

Iluminação ruim, quarto típico de motel para passar períodos de algumas horas, não para pernoitar. Chuveiro não possui água quente, barulho da vizinhança e dos quartos ao lado. Televisão só sintoniza canais sem sem audiência e que ninguém assiste. Não tem Wi-Fi, pelo menos foi disponibilizado uma conexão que não acessava internet. Resumindo: tudo que o site anunciou era mentira.

A recepção estava vazia quando chegamos. Demorou uns 10 min pra virem atender. O bairro não é muito seguro, ficamos com receio de assalto. O prédio está em situação ruim com mofo e as tomadas do quarto não funcionavam direito. Chuveiro com água gelada. Café da manhã muitíssimo simples.

We were insulted by the attendant and they gave us a room that did not match at all our reservation. No Jet Tub, filthy, smaller and horrible. They claimed the room we booked was not available.

Não me hospedei no hotel, chegamos lá e o quarto reservado não estava disponível, estava com problemas na área hidráulica. Nos ofereceu um outro quarto, porém com problemas de iluminação e muito estranho.

Boa relação custo benefício.

Os funcionários com quem tive contato foram muito atenciosos. A reserva descrevia uma hidromassagem (só que não havia). É um hotel limpo, pintura nova, bem arejado. O acesso é fácil, por se tratar de uma rua movimentada. Inclusive eu pude ir caminhando do metrô Belém até o local sem qualquer problema, pois é uma região "boa", digamos assim. Quanto ao café da manhã... a pessoa que iria disponibilizar não apareceu. Esperei das 06:00 hs até 06:30 hs, não pude esperar mais pois tinha compromisso as 07:00 hs.

Recebi o quarto sujo, o ar-condicionado falhava, cheguei no banheiro e encontrei sabonetes usados de outros hóspedes, não tinha sabonetes novos e nem papel higiênico no banheiro. Fui ligar para recepção e o telefone não funcionava. Reclamei para os funcionários e me trocaram de quarto, aí resolveu meu problema.

HOTEL SUJO E COM PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO

Tudo péssimo, nosso quarto estava com um vazamento no vaso do banheiro que fazia com que ficasse alagado e para piorar não havia toalhas ou panos de chão, ao solicitarmos só foram nos entregar na manhã seguinte. Também não podiamos utilizar a descarga do vaso pois alagava ainda mais o banheiro. De manhã quando fomos tomar café não tinha nada para comer ou beber, pois provavelmente os funcionários não haviam reposto, sem falar na sujeira que estava na sala do café da manhã. Resumindo, só serviu para guardar o carro, pois nem tomar café da manhã conseguimos. Saímos inclusive antes do planejado, não ficamos nem 12 horas e foi uma péssima experiência. Não recomendo para ninguém. Era melhor ter pago um estacionamento e dormido no carro.

Não havia frigobar, ainda que na descrição do hotel confirmasse a presença do item, a TV não possuía canais a cabo e o sinal da TV aberta estava péssimo, o wi-fi era péssimo, tão fraco que nem conectava, local em frente ao hotel extremamente barulhento não consegui dormir nem um pouco. Café da manhã muito precário e atrasado. Jamais retornarei. Péssima experiência.

Toalhas de banho que apesar de Lavras tinha cheiro ruim e eram furadas..a maçaneta da porta não funcionava..o chuveiro só água fria, não esquentava.. nem de perto o hotel se parece com as fotos...o telefone do quarto também não funcionava.. o frigobar não funcionava... Uma experiência lamentável.. e combinamos de entregar os dados do cartão só para segurar a reserva, iríamos pagar em dinheiro, quando cheguei lá a fatura já havia sido descontada!!!! Cheiro de urina no corredor ... Nunca havia ficado em um hotel tão ruim, condições terríveis
