The location of the hotel is excellent because is just few blocks away from Avenida Paulista and Bella Paulista bakery. The staff is just amazing, pleasant and impeccable service. Breakfast needs improvement with fresh bread, cheese bread and Minas cheese as an option to the existing cheese(provolone and cheddar) I definitely will stay here again!

Boa Hospedagem para a Região

Firam 04 pernoites no Hotel com bom custo x benefício, localização próxima do Shopping Frei Caneca, próximo a estação do metro Consolação, com linhas de onibus na porta, perto do centro histórico de SP e Avenida Paulista. Cafe da manha simples mas bem servido. Banheiro com oferta de agua encanada quente e fria na pia e chuveiro, quarto bem ventilado com ar condicionado split, tv de 32 polegadas e oferta de canais por assinatura na Claro, frigobar antigo mas funcional, mesa com cadeiras, duas camas silgle, bom espaco para acomodar roupas com cabideiro, gavetas, cofre e caneceira da cama com luminarias e comandos de luz. Equipe da recepção educada e simpatica alem de arrumação e limpeza diaria do quarto. Acesao por chave digital (cartão). Pontos a destacar - carpete no quarto o que nao é bom para alérgicos. Todavia, observei que alguns quartos eram de piso vinilico. Havia uma lampada queimada que foi trocada. A iluminação do quarto não era no teto. Nao.mw incomodou mas para alguns pode ser um incomodo. Ha uma extensao abaixo da TV o que facilita ligar diversos equipamentos (celular, nitebook, etc). O colchão de mola era demasiadamente mole e para quem esta acostumado com colchões ortopedicos faz toda uma diferença. Por fim, a Rua Augusta é bem barulhenta à noite por conta de seus inúmeros bares, restaurantes, etc. Logo, a noite às vezes rola um barulho extra que impacta na qualidade do sono. Mas no geral, o hotel atende ao viajante a trabalho que só vai pernoitar.

Bom hotel, mas pode melhorar

A equipe é muito eficiente e atenciosa, e a qualidade do café da manhã é boa. No entanto, o quarto em que me hospedei (605) tinha um colchão muito mole e a disponibilidade de tomadas apenas em uma das cabeceiras é um incômodo adicional. Adicionalmente, a geladeira não tinha grades internas na sua porta, o que inviabilizava o uso da porta. No banheiro, o único problema foi o box, pois o chuveiro espalhava água para todos os lados, além de não estar centralizado. Finalmente, um vazamento por baixo da estrutura de alumínio, alagava o chão do banheiro perto do box.

Foi uma tragédia a experiência! No dia havia caído uma chuva forte em São Paulo, e faltou energia. O hotel não tinha um sistema de gerador que suportasse atender a demanda. Tive que subir até o 8º andar com as malas, sem nenhum suporte, sem iluminação auxiliar, nem nos quartos. Poucas horas depois a energia voltou e mesmo assim o hotel não conseguiu corrigir as falhas, fiquei sem energia no quarto durante toda a estadia, a água pela manhã não estava aquecida, tive que tomar banho frio. o café estava horrível, tudo que devia estar quente estava frio. Tive que tomar café em uma padaria
