The staff were courteous, kind, respectful, and helpful. The room was spacious, immaculate and great for the money. The hotel stay included breakfast, which was from 6 to 10 with a great variety of food from fruits to eggs to sausage, breads, coffee, tea, hot, chocolate, etc. I would highly recommend anyone that’s on a budget to stay here the hotel is essentially located in the republic part of São Paulo

Ausência de itens necessários: mesa de apoio, tinha apenas duas cadeiras de plástico! Pedimos duas camas de casal, fomos acomodados em um quarto com quatro camas de solteiro. Lençóis furados. Lixo do banheiro sem tampa! Janelas sem cortina! Café simples, mas digno!

A recepção é ótima, o serviço se café muito bom, e quem serve o café são maravilhosos, contudo, o hotel tem muito a melhorar nos itens que passo a informar. ( avaliação para o AP.202 casal). 1.Elevador, precisa de melhorias e manutenção. 2.Nao tem geladeira/frigobar, impossibilita de guardar QQ coisa, no meu caso foi duas diárias, tinha coisa que gostaria de manter gelado. 3.Banheiro com vazamento, deixando o chão todo mm olhado. Nota final que foi é 6. Custo benefício bom, mas, precisa melhorar.

Quarto limpo, organizado, cama boa, chuveiro bom, funcionando bem, toalhas e lençóis tudo limpo, banheiro com sabonete liquido e Shampoo que nós achamos de boa qualidade. Muito ruim, sem papel higiênico, quando desci pedi na recepção com travesseiros extras. O mesmo me mandou levar. Estava saindo. Não esperava que levassem na hora, mas não levam em momento nenhum quando retornei mais de 6h depois ainda estava na recepção, pra que eu levasse e colocasse naquele porta papel que parece pra guardanapo. Do que adianta eles ficarem com as chaves. A tarde um cheiro de esgoto, não sei explicar. Sexta a noite voltando, pretendia sair, mas elevador com defeito, depois de subir 3 andares desisti de sair, até pq iria ter que descer 3 andares, depois subir 3 andares, que não teria nada pra me refrescar, sem ar, sem frigobar (não que estivesse enganado quanto a isso), mas com uma Alexa(irrelevante) pra me refrescar. No penúltimo dia não arrumaram meu quarto, mesmo deixando placa e avisando na recepção. Depois do dia na rua nem toalhas pra tomar banho, liguei pra recepção, que surpresa, só tinha que ir buscar. Não tem equipe. Mas vc ganha uma água pra avaliar o hotel, só não sei se vc avalie mal e a verdade. Se tocarem no assunto pra justificar a minha avaliação, já vai aqui. Perguntei sobre "visitas", sim. Minha principal dúvida foi que paguei por 1 hóspede o equivalente a 2, então não seriam visitas. Um verdadeiro desgosto.

Quarto limpo, amplo e atendeu perfeitamente minhas necessidades. O atendimento da recepção e da cozinha foram incríveis. Amo ser bem atendida e isso é o suficiente para me fazer querer voltar. A localização é muito boa, pertinho do metrô (mas requer cuidados durante a noite devido alguns riscos nas mediações). Super recomendo se hospedar, voltarei com certeza.

Eu fiquei hospedada durante um fds e achei ótimo. Fui muito bem atendida. O hotel é limpo e organizado. A questão é que ele fica em um lugar de grande movimentação e pra quem busca zero barulho não é ideal, mas se vc precisa de um lugar de segurança pra deixar suas coisas e ir andar no centro, voltar e dormir é perfeito.
