Rooms requires refurbishment. It seems like all the furniture are from the 80s or older. All is clean tho. Breakfast is good with lots of choice and delicious options. Breakfast restaurant meets 4 star hotel standards.

Quarto amplo e arejado. Chuveiro ótimo. Café da manhã muito bom e variado. O Hotel possui uma ótima localização e próximo do Metrô República (dá para ir a pé). Para a região, considerar que os hotéis são antigos e atende quem fica por poucos dias. Eu me hospedei apenas por uma noite e não tive problemas. O Hotel está passando por reformas e atendeu as minhas expectativas. Recomendo e voltaria com certeza!!

Excelente localização, tamanho do quarto e cafe da manhã. Falta manutenção: torneiras vazando, falta de ducha higienica, porta do frigobar empenada e agarrando, colchões de mola muito velhos e desconfortaveis, banheira manchada. Durante o periodo que estivemos la, dos tres elevadores apenas um estava funcionando, o que foi terrivel.

Excelente custo benefício. A única coisa que atrapalhou um pouco é que tinha só um elevador funcionando, os demais estavam em manutenção, aí demorava um pouco pra conseguir subir e descer, mas nada que fosse absurdo.

A reserva que fiz e que foi confirmada, era de um quarto com 1 cama de casal e uma de solteiro para 3 adultos e, também, um apartamento de fundos. O apartamento que nos esperava era de frente com 3 camas de solteiro e um ar condicionado de gaveta muito barulhento. Depois das reclamações que fizemos, alguém juntou 2 camas.

Quarto limpo e espaçoso, porém extremamente frio, as janelas não vedam totalmente. Wi-Fi é péssimo nos quartos. Café da manhã adequado em espaço amplo. Quando chegamos, a primeira recepcionista foi um tanto quanto hostil, nos passando para um outro colega que não conseguiu finalizar nosso atendimento, pois ainda faltava 1hr para entrada. Posteriormente uma moça bem novinha nos chamou e finalizou nosso check in, para podermos guardar as malas, já que tínhamos compromisso imediato. Equipe de seguranças e carregadores de malas foram super prestativos, em especial um senhor mais idoso, de uma simpatia impecável.
