Rooms requires refurbishment. It seems like all the furniture are from the 80s or older. All is clean tho. Breakfast is good with lots of choice and delicious options. Breakfast restaurant meets 4 star hotel standards.

A equipe é excelente, todos muitos solicítos, agradáveis. O grande problema foi que não conseguimos tomar banho por não haver agua quente no hotel das 19h00 até a manhã do dia seguinte. O alarme de incêndio também tocou de madrugada (alarme falso). Ninguém do hotel fez nada pra tentar remediar a situação. Pela manhã conversei com o gerente que me disse que isso poderia ter acontecido na minha casa e perguntou o que eu queria, eu disse que ou o reembolso ou uma cortesia. Ele pediu meus dados e disse que entraria em contato logo em seguida, mas não entrou, Liguei cobrando mas não recebi nenhuma resposta. Achei total descaso como hóspede, Paguei pelo banho quente e uma noite de sono e sai frustrado pois não tive nada disso. As janelas do hotel são velhas e sem vedação alguma pro barulho da rua. Apesar dos excelentes funcionários, não volto a me hospedar e não recomendo.

O banheiro tinha um mal cheiro, a internet nao funcionava de jeito nenhum no quarto de casal, onde no momento de descanso era totalmente inviavel assistir tv. O café da manhã estava muito ruim, sem opções, os poucos salgados que tinham eram com saborbrançoso. Ovos com mal cheiro. Sempre nos hospedamos nesse hotel, mas dessa vez estava toralmente diferente.
