The hotel staff is amazing — incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to help with anything you need. From the reception to the breakfast team, everyone was exceptionally welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic — a true Brazilian spread with plenty of delicious options! The location is also excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in São Paulo!

Good but could be better

The hotel was conveniently located, but very outdated. It’s on a busy street and the windows are not well insulated, so if you want a quiet evening, it’s not ideal. Not many people speak English, which was a shame, but not a deal breaker. Service and breakfast was very good.

Good hotel with attentive staff. The interior is a little worn, but everything works and is clean. Alright breakfast selection with a alla carte omelette station.

All staff are polite, professional and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and generous. Room is spacious. There is some construction at this moment around the hotel, but that's not their fault. Excellent central location. I will return.

I was there for a very short period of time. Actually my first time to Brazil. And I find everybody was accommodating, courteous, and very polite. My Portuguese does not exist but everybody had the patience to assist me. I thought the staff was very kind.

It was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. The building itself may be a little old, but I was concerned about the aging of the shower area and the WIFI environment was not adequate. However, it is very conveniently located near Paulista Ave. Highly recommended.
