This place is amazing: great location, very clean, has all the conveniences. The only issue is that the hosts are difficult to contact. Otherwise highly recommended.

The apartment building was very easy to get in if you fill out the required documentation prior to your stay. The building entrance has this Ai camera that allows entrance via facial recognition. However, when i reached the apartment door there was a lot of complications with the locking system on the door and after 45minutes of back and forth texting with management (because no phone calls allowed), they finally changed my room instead. The cleanliness of the room was ok, there were a few minor dirt mark and stains but for the most part it was ok and an ok experience. The sensor lights in hallways shuts off too quickly (3-5 seconds), im not sure if management could do something about that.

The rooms and beds are pretty small, but its kind of a no-frills experience. I walked around the neighborhood a couple of times and found some incredible food, coffee, and a fantastic gym. Its about. 15-20 minute drive to allianz stadium, a 20-30 minute ride from the airport; and the city is peppered with exciting places to eat.

My room smelt like a family of rats had died in the bathroom. The company in charge of the property are impossible to get hold of. I Expedia were extremely unhelpful and offered me a laughable £50 refund.

We arrived at property and the passcode didnt work, I spent 1 hour and a half sitting on the floor waiting for a solution, after that there were no towels at the room and the toilet was liking and bushy.

cool apartment

super cool apartment in great area, the communications with ‘charlie’ are not great. had issues with wifi and had to spend a while messaging a chat bot before getting to speak to a human via messenger. also couldn’t lock bifold doors and couldn’t be bothered to go through ‘charlie’ again so left unlocked. would definitely recommend if they changed comms if future.

I will not recommend to rent a property administrated by Charlie when you plan a trip to São Paulo as this one I rented. Upon my arriving to the property, there wa as problem with the toilet as it was not draining. I reported this to the property manager, who told me I needed To wait 24 hour for the technician to come and fix the issue. 24 hours to wait for the use of the toilet, when it is something is use on a regular basis during the Day. The property manager seemed not to understand that the toilet is something essential and there was not way for him to understand the urgency to have it fixed immediately. Even I explained to him several times and in different ways. He did not do anything but sending me a report number to have it fixed in the next 25 hours. I ended moving to a hotel and left the apartment, which it ruined my time in São Paulo. Terrible experience and not customer service at all at this property .

Muito boa somente com um porém

Tudo foi muito bom mesmo, literalmente as unicas coisas que me incomodaram foi a falta da água quente, a agua ficava quante por apenas alguns segundos e depois ficava super gelada (e nesse frio de São Paulo não dava). E outro ponto era sobre a fechadura que tive dificuldades para abrir mas consegui resolver rapidamente. Mas se melhorarem essas coisas eu volto sim para uma próxima estadia.

O prédio é novo, mas o apartamento já está com aspecto de velho. Começando pelo banheiro que estava bem gasto, metal enferrujado e aspecto antigo no geral. O quarto com o sofá sujo, o lençol não era adequado para a cama então nunca parava no lugar.

Já fiquei no local outra vez e é sempre maravilhoso. O condomínio tem uma estrutura ótima e segura, fica em local calmo e com diversas opções de restaurante próximos. A acomodação traz tudo que precisa, a cama é confortável, o local tem tudo que precisa para estadias curtas. Senti falta apenas de um ferro de passar e uma cafeteira ou filtro de café.

Tudo muito bom!! Apartamento limpo, roupa de cama limpa, design moderno, utensílios novos e tudo funcionando. poucas observações negativas como, pia do banheiro entupindo facilmente, sofá com uma mancha e uma das toalhas estava suja, nada muito relevante, no geral gostei muito!

Bom, mas pode melhorar!

Foi a minha segunda vez no Charlie e a diferença entre as duas foi clara. Na primeira, minha experiência foi ótima. Desta vez, alguns pontos deixaram a desejar. Problemas no vaso - descarga fica ligada o tempo todo, vazando água do recipiente. Tive que desarmar para o barulho parar, mas não consegui fazer funcionar. Mesa para trabalho sem nenhuma cadeira. Tem um banco na parede, abaixo da tv, mas fica extremamente desconfortável para trabalhar. Falta de lugar para pendurar a roupa para passar. Mesmo assim voltaria a hospedar no Charlie, mas talvez em outro endereço.

O apartamento é ótimo, mas a comunicação com a Charlie deixou a desejar. Meu apartamento foi liberado antes das 15h e só consegui acessar o prédio por que um morador me deixou entrar. Faltava prateleira no box do banheiro, dificultando o momento do banho pois não tinha onde deixar os itens de sabonete, shampoo etc. O secador estava pendurado na parede, não estava fixado. Faltam alguns acessórios de cozinha como taças (só tinha uma) No mais, apartamento bem localizado, confortável e bonito.

Eu e meu noivo ficamos no local por dois dias, ambiente confortável, porém como utilizamos a cozinha, nos incomodou mofo abaixo da pia sobre utensílios de cozinha, o tapete do banheiro já estava marcas de sujeira quando chegamos.
