Construction noise late into the night was awful! Very clean property. Check in is painful! Check out time is too early. Pool is great. Fitness is good.

I had to spend TWO hours on the phone with an Expedia agent because my reservation wasn’t found in property’s system (Charlie). Therefore, they didn’t let me in the property to check-in. The area is so unsafe that two other guests were robbed at gun point literally in front of the property, very close to where I was at. I thought I was going to be robbed too considering I had all my luggage vulnerable with me. After that, the agent transferred me to a nearby hotel that was under construction, incredibly old and not at the same level of the studio I had originally paid for. I asked to be transferred back to Charlie which I had to spend another hour on the phone with an agent. This literally was the worst experience I had with an Expedia hotel.

I didn’t even get to use my stay as it was available on the website to be used on the same day, so I got the reservation. The property requires a 24h notice with your info to let you in and kept saying they didn’t have the reservation number. So I just wanted my money.

Nossa estadia foi muito boa,tivemos problemas com o Wi-Fi.Não funcionou e não conseguimos arrumar porque a instalação era fora do apartamento.Gosto por ser perto do aeroporto e a localização é muito boa.

Achei incrível o fato de conseguir me hospedar junto com a minha família, sem precisar falar com ninguém, muito prático. Gostamos muito das instalações do quarto, localização e da área de lazer. Em virtude das fortes chuvas, a Academia não pode ser utilizada. Sugiro uma revisão no escoamento das águas pluviais.

Excelente acomodacao. Tive suporte no whatsapp do que eu precisava pro quarto. Quando chegamos, ja tinhamos feito check in pelo link e a portaria ja estava liberada com reconhecimento facial.
