O Hotel é muito limpo, organizado e aconchegante. Sempre ficamos hospedados nesse hotel, pois é o melhor custo benefício da região e o atendimento é excelente, sem contar que fica próximo ao centro comercial.

Achei os quartos completos, mas bem pequenos. E tive muita dificuldade com minhas malas, porque o hotel não tinha um atendente para nos ajudar com elas, nem na entrada nem na saída. Hotel bem localizado.

Foi quase bom

Os 2 quartos que ficamos havia evidencias claras que nao foi feito a higienizacao de forma adequada pois havis cabelos no chao, respingos de urina na tabua do vaso sanitario. A maior evidencia foi uma sacolinha vazia esquecida em baixo da mesa pelo hospede anterior. Camada grossa de Pó no canto do movel conforme informado a recepção.

Ma qualidade

Boa noite, gostaria de fazer uma reclamação sobre s minha estadia, o que era pra ser uma estadia tranquila num hotel muito bem recomendado, acabou se tornando totalmente o contrário. Eu me hospedei no quarto 307 e logo de cara me deparei com problema no aparelho de tv de vocês onde o controle e o aparelho não funcionava, depois de algumas pesquisas consegui sanar o problema com ajuda da recepcionista e mais tarde fui ligar o ar para dormir e me deparei com ele não ligando e com uma breve pesquisa na internet consegui atualizar o controle e fazê-lo voltar a funcionar e pra fechar a noite quando fui por a louça para lavar na máquina de lavar louça, aconteceu a seguinte situaçã, onde provavelmente o cano não está bem vedado e fez vazar água pelo meu quarto inteiro, me fazendo ter que secar o quarto todo. Minha experiência na estadia do aparthotel Adagio Alphaville foi uma das minhas piores de todas, gostaria de receber uma resposta de vocês, sobre o ocorrido.
