Absurda a cobrança de R$ 52,00 do Ibis Styles São Mateus por ter um Pet acompanhando, já que NADA FOI FORNECIDO, pois EU levei vasilhas, água, ração, tapete higiênico e cama pra ela, ou seja, CUSTO ZERO para o Ibis, além do que já me hospedei com o Pet em outras unidades Ibis e nunca foi cobrado nada a mais.

Instalações boas, quarto pequeno mas dentro da proposta. Não havia chaleira no quarto para chá. Serviço do café manhã alguns pontos a mencionar: não havia uma faca apropriada para cortar pão francês próximo da sanduicheira. Quando dirigi-me a uma atendente solicitando uma faca apropriada ela simplesmente foi no balcão e trouxe para mim uma faca de sobremesa. Ora, se fosse aquilo que me atenderia eu mesmo teria utilizado a faca de sobremesa para cortar o pão francês. Uma atendente sempre consultava o celular no ambiente onde era servido o café. Ninguém usava máscara facialno refeitório do café, inclusive o staff do hotel. Lamentável constatar essa falta. Somente eu e minha companheira usávamos máscara. Poucos hóspedes faziam o uso de luva descartável no momento de servir-se. Não vi ninguém do staff do hotel cobrar pelo uso. A funcionária que estava usando o celular pessoal no seu horário de serviço ao dirigir-se às mesas para limpà-las arrastava as cadeiras com força gerando intenso barulho no refeitório. A diária do hotel não espelha o custo- benefício de toda a estada. Poderia ser cobrado um preço menor. As instalações do hotel, repito, são boas, com padrão de conservação satisfatório. O staff da linha de frente atende corretamente.
