Very friendly and helpful staff, I received such a warm welcome at reception, and that welcome continued for my whole stay. For the price, the rooms are very comfortable and spotless. I’ll definitely be staying here again for my next business trip to Joinville.

O Naalt Hotel é certeza de uma boa hospedagem em Joinville. Os quartos são limpos e espaçosos. Camas confortáveis, apenas os travesseiros macios demais, para meu gosto. Banheiro limpo, com toalhas macias e um bom chuveiro. As opções para jantar são boas e o café-da-manhã também é muito bom. Localizado próximo a BR facilita para viagens. Me hospedei pela terceira vez e voltarei ao Naalt Hotel quando estiver em Joinville.

Instalações boas, mas realmente a acústica dos quartos precisa melhorar, pois escutamos tudo do quarto ao lado, da frente. O banheiro achei bem imprensado, pia pequena , e molha um pouco pois não tem o Box completo fechado. As toalhas são hiper cheirosas, muito bem limpo o quarto, cama muito boa. Café da manhã pode ser melhor com mais opções. Também acho que o estacionamento poderia ser cortesia. Não tem necessidade de manobrista.

Bom dia, como todo mundo ta falando aqui também não posso deixar de ressaltar a estrutura e a beleza do hotel. Sim é muito bonito e possui uma “estrutura” Não tem rampa de acesso, para subir é escada, logo de início. Sabia que estava no “período” de festival de dança de Joinville (mesmo nao tendo ido a cidade para esta finalidade) e fui surpreendido no valor de 903,64 na reserva. O que pegou foram dois pontos; • Café da manhã pedi a GENTILEZA de fritar 2 ovos. Pediram para acertar antes os zoiudo frito pois os mesmos nao estavam inclusos na diária de *** 903,64 *** • Check Out, liguei na recepção e solicitei o horário que poderia sair, o atendente prontamente falou as 13:00h O problema esta em voce liberar o quarto até as 13:00h e dar 12:30h pra ficar despachando o hóspede do quarto. Sugiro rever conceitos e valores praticados.

O hotel é novo, super limpo, atendimento excelente, cama, cobertores e chuveiro otimos! O café da manhã tem muita opção, e tudo o que comi estava bem gostoso. Minha critica é quanto ao isolamento acustico, a parede é apenas dry wall, então conseguia ouvir claramente as conversas do quarto ao lado. Por erro meu acabei pegando um quarto mas na verdad gostaria de ter reservado a suite (repito erro meu por conta de confusão minha com a reserva), acredito que por ser um quarto maior esse problema do barulho deve ser menor na suite.
