Excelente casa! Recomendo muito

Casa perfeita para grupos grandes. Fui com minha família. Foi uma experiência esplêndida. Limpeza ótima, quando chegamos estava tudo perfeito! Todos os quartos com ar condicionado gelando, os cômodos sem ar possuem ventilador de teto muito bom. Muito espaço pra compartilhar as refeições em família! A cozinha tem todos os utensílios que você possa precisar. Tem filtro de água o que te economiza uma grana não ter de ficar comprando água mineral pra tudo. A água dos chuveiros parece ser de poço (ainda que eu não tenha confirmado essa informação), nota-se a diferença nos cabelos, que não ficam ressecados como quando a água é da rua... e os chuveiros são ótimos também. O único ponto negativo é ser distante das praias, mesmo assim é perfeitamente possível ir e voltar caminhando se tiver disposição. O título do anúncio condiz com o imóvel. Sem contar que o proprietário e o caseiro são super atenciosos e prontos a atender qualquer dúvida ou necessidade. Super recomendo!

A casa é espaçosa, confortável e tem tudo que é preciso para uma ótima estadia. Muito bem cuidada, tudo limpo e funcionando muito bem. Ar condicionado e ventilador em todos os quartos. Banheiros com chuveiros ótimos, secador de cabelo e ducha higiênica, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Cozinha com todos utensílios e eletrodomésticos necessários. Adoramos a casa e indicamos com certeza. Tanto o proprietário Sr Celso, como o caseiro Sr Eduardo super atenciosos e prestativos em todos os momentos. Parabéns!

Casa grande e muito conforto!

A casa é enorme, quartos bem limpos, 5 banheiros muito bons, tudo funciona (chuveiros dos 5 banheiros, todas tomadas, lampadas), pode ver que a manutenção é constante, a cozinha tem tudo que precisa, espaço externo é bem grande, caso chova não é incomodo algum mesmo em grande quantidade de pessoas, a área da churrasqueira é bem fresca mesmo em dias de calor, retornarei mais vezes para essa casa.

pessoa muito honesta

bom dia, faço questão de deixar minha avaliação ao sr CELSO. Fiz a reserva da casa, e fiz o pagamento da metade do valor da locação. Por motivos pessoais tive que realizar o cancelamento da reserva, e prontamente o sr Celso se dispõs a cancelar e me devolver integralmente o valor pago. Não conheço a casa, tampouco o lugar, mas a honestidade do sr Celso é simplesmente espetacular, espero que possa num futuro próximo possa estar viajando para essa praia e reservar novamente essa casa, deixo aqui meus parabéns pelo sua atenção e acima de tudo ,...honestidade, que falta em muitas pessoas...OBRIGADO

Excelente imóvel

A casa é excelente, tem uma ótima localização, conta com uma cozinha completa, padarias e mercados próximos e muito confortável com ar condicionado e ventiladores em todos os cômodos. O proprietário Celso se mostrou muito atencioso tanto antes do aluguel quanto durante e o caseiro Eduardo também se mostrou muito prestativo. A casa é realmente perfeita para quem gosta de conforto na hora de alugar um imóvel. Com certeza se voltar a São Francisco do Sul gostaria de ficar na casa novamente.
