Very nice hotel with amazing views of the caldera. The rooms are clean and stylish, and communication with the staff was easy and friendly. A peaceful spot, perfect for a relaxing stay in Santorini.

Terrific mattress and bed, may be 100yrs old pillow and mattress. Building is ok, the lock didn't work properly. Could have been better.

The ocean view was gorgeous. This room was okay, the bathroom was not good. The shower was not a pleasant experience and the area was shared with the toilet. It was rather smelly from its inability to be aired out - no windows and no fan. It was a bit musty smelling. In addition, there is a balcony but not private and no lounge chairs - very uncomfortable after a bit. To access any lounge area, you are expected to pay €70 at another neighboring hotel. This information is not given to you until you check in at the room. The area where the room is located only had very expensive dining options and most of the restaurants seemed quite pretentious. The area is not an easy place to access beaches or much shopping. Also, there are no staff at the property and we had to download all of our personal passport information on email prior to check in - not a warm reception. We won’t be back - this property did not meet our expectations.

Die Zimmer sind einfach mega schön, direkt mit Ausblick auf das Meer und alles in neuem Zustand. Der Balkon bietet sich sehr gut an um Abends den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen.

Vista incrível

Acomodação com uma vista incrível. Bem localizada, possui farmacia, mercado, restaurantes, souvenirs, ponto de onibus, estacionamento gratuito proximos. Bem silenciosa e com uma vista pro por do sol impressionante. Ficamos no quarto 4, com varanda pra Caldeira. O quarto possuia pães, geleias, leite, chaleira, sanduicheira, TV com Youtube. Houve uma incompatibilidade de informações na reserva, talvez por um erro do site, e a forma como eles resolveram foi incrível e inesquecível, somos muito gratos. O ar gelava bem, assim como o frigobar. Chegamos pela manhã e nos deixaram colocar as malas numa sala gratuitamente enquanto o check in não era liberado e fomos passear. A bancada do banheiro era grande e espaçosa, o chuveiro bem forte e esquentava. Infelizmente o piso do chuveiro estava com muito cabelo de hospede anterior, como se não tivesse lavado ali, no entanto todo o banheiro estava bem limpo e cheiroso, assim como o quarto. No geral, é uma acomodação excelente e que indico bastante.

Bien en général mais problème électrique dans ma chambre pour 6 hrs environ. C’était la canicule et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai un chargeur de téléphone qui a explosé avec la variation du courant. Banale mais quand tu perds une journée sur 6, c’est un peu frustrant.
