Alcazar de Colon Fortaleza Ozama Large variety of Restaurants Bars and more The apartment is carefully equipped and prepared for short and long stays. Inaccurate location on listing

It’s a ten minute walk over a bridge to the colonial section (not within it as the listing claims in its title!!!). Black mold on the ceiling from a leaky toilet in the apartment above made the place smell of sewage. Car noise and gas fumes from the busy street below was nonstop. Electric was off frequently( three times In-N-Out four day stay). On the good side ; fair priced, the walk to the colonial section was not that far. Beds were comfortable. Tv had a lot of good movie access. Water was hot, air Conditioning worked. It served our needs, but I Wouldn’t choose this one twice!

Stay away.

The apartment is far and not easily accessible to El Cinde. We had no cooking gas for the stay and their “remedy” was to move us to a one bedroom and having to log back and forth our articles of clothing suitcases etc. When I called I was dismissed sine “. You already have another apartment “. The owner when I asked for their inability to have the two bedroom , he said. “ you are lucky I let you stay I could have cancelled your reservation “ which I agree if his place wasn’t ready. Horrible horrible experience. Will never stay there.
