yes clean rooms, comfy beds, tv internet nice bathroom and kitchen. pool was beautiful so was the beach front. food was great, only thing I didn't like was that they only sell small beers, and we like the big ones. staff was friendly and helpful. parking is a little crazy and the road was really muddy.

The other reviews saying you must go outside to the side to go to the restaurant/beach/pool is true so I might avoid the busy weekends. But overall the experience was great thanks to the friendly staff and good food + drinks at the restaurant. (Worth paying for vs all inclusive IMO) There is also staff watching over your things at the beach front when you’re swimming so it feels safe.

Super friendly staff. Food was a little overpriced.. lots of other beach front options with better selection and cheaper. Rooms are clean. There was quite a bit of construction going on so it was super loud in the mornings at odd hours.

Property switched rooms at no cost with a hot tub. The hot tib did not warm up so we couldn't use it. The toilet seat in the main bathroom was broken. The sliding door to the other bathroom fell off rhe hinge. Both showers had absolutely no hot water and our bed was on platform boards which broke. The only positive thing about the hotel. Was the restaurant and beach front access. However the minute you ealked out to the beach. People were begging and trying to sell you things. Despite Hurricane Melissa in the area. The water eas still crystal clear and warm.

The hotel was not in a good area. The hotel felt safe, and the the beach also felt safe, but I didn't like that you had to walk along the street from the hotel to get to the restaurant, the pool and the beach, there is no direct access from inside the hotel to the beach or pool itself. The food at the restaurant was very good, we enjoyed it, and the area around the pool and beachside area was well maintained and comfortable. There was no gym, despite being told on the first day that it was just closed until 8am, on the second day I was finally told that there was no gym and that I would have to walk to a nearby gym, which was not safe to do so. The staff in general were helpful, and the rooms were large and comfortable and very clean. The view from the balcony was lovely. The AC in the room was perfect!

The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times, the food from the restaurant was awesome. The problem I have is the pictures advertised is not what we met when we arrived. The room was not clean like they were not ready for us. Hair was found in the washroom and the room and balcony was dusty. The pool/beach was safe, I just hate the fact that we had to go outside of the hotel to access the pool and beach. The front of the hotel seems ghetto and scary, and we actually witnessed the police chasing an individual through the building opposite the hotel. The corner had lots of unpleasant characters, we didn't leave the hotel without an Uber picking us up, even if it was to the corner, and I live in Guyana lol. I was a bit disappointed, but the staff's hospitality made it easier to stay in the hotel.

I love that it is located on the beach. I wish they advised what time they close the beach entrence. Towels was an issue throughout the experience. Also, the food was not the best. I was surprised their food was so flavorless being it’s located in a country that takes pride in flavorful food. This is not a beach to go relax at. This is legit a party beach. It was a blast though!! I also didn’t appreciate that on their beach property so many people can pitch us sales. The outdoor service is also not the best . I once was out there for hours with no one offering me not even water. When I decided to accept food sold to me outside they approached me about it. Overall, it’s a cute location and a decent bang for your buck.

First maybe Boca Chica itself is not the place to stay in the Dominican Republic. Way better choices. The hotel is terrible. We stayed in a family suit. It was a dank and boring room. Granted it was big but had a couch a table a tv and a bed. That’s it. The room was not very clean and they only equipped us with 2 towels a small bar of soap and toilet paper. The towel rack was falling off the wall and the toilet seat was yellow ( was actually white ). The room was loud with banging from the water pipes. And our view was a dilapidated building. They had no activities on premises except a pool and pizza restaurant. They had beach access. Which was nice. Not the ideal place to stay when you want a relaxing vacation.
