There is a general air of disrepair, beyond reception and the atrium. There is an extension/conservatory next to the breakfast area that had significant leaks. 「This hotel is a gem. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the property is well put together. It felt at home for the few days I was there. It is centrally located and safe. Breakfast was good and the areas to lounge and have a cocktaiI are warm and inviting. I would definitely return.」

The room, although described as a suite, is very basic and more in line with a 3-star standard at best. The staff did try to help, but their capacity was limited.
