This is a convenient and safe community. Short walk to subway station and around streets are very safe. We ran every morning and people are very nice.

We stayed for 9 nights. The property was clean, service desk was very helpful. Area was safe and we walked to a 24 hour diner that served completos, burgers and churrascos. The market downstairs was very convenient as well as the breakfast place across the street (only open M-F). The only issue I had was that the shower had pink residue in the grout where some scrubbing would easily remove it. Otherwise, everything else was clean and the building was quiet. We were out of the city for a night and my husband thought he lost his bag. I asked the front desk if they can take a peek in our room to see if the bag was there. They did and even took a photo of it and emailed it to me. It made the difference and we were able to relax during our trip to the coast knowing his bag was safe in the room. We would return.

The apart hotel have everything you need. Good air conditioning, perfect location 10 minutes away from center. Great restaurants around the area. Front desk staff both were great suggesting places to visit.

Spacious and clean.
It was nice, plenty of space, comfortable bed and sofa. Very nice and helpful staff. I just wish there had been some light over the kitchen sink and stove and more than one tiny dish towel. There was a huge refrigerator. I would recommend it.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado. La atención de Yorka y demás personas es EXCELENTE. Resolvieron todos nuestros pedidos inmediatamente. La limpieza es básica. Para tener en cuenta, al lado del edificio hay una obra en construcción importante. Si son vacaciones los ruidos son bastantes molestos durante la mañana para descansar.

Front desk and service personnel are excellent. Location is ideal with respect to metro access and restaurant options. However, there is some noise from the traffic even on the top floors as the apartment is on a very busy road; massive construction next door doesn’t help either.

Buena ubicación, apartamentos confortables para estadías cortas, gym pequeño pero podría incluirse pesas que no tiene. Tuve problemas con el wifi que no funciono, tampoco el teléfono y el agua de la ducha duro para ducharse una persona solamente. A pesar que reclame no me dieron solución, ofreciéndome disculpas e indicando que para una próxima ocasión podrían darme una noche gratis. Estuve en dos oportunidades, y en la última ocurrió el problema

Excellent location, close to shopping, restaurants, malls, metro, etc. and very helpful front desk staff.Also, good AC in main bedroom and living room, but none in the tiny second bedroom. The negatives are the lack of basics such as dish towels, hand soaps, or a regular oven since this is an apartment, where it would be nice to be able to cook some basic stuff.

Living room with dining and kitchen, separate bedroom with kingsize bed, large bathroom with spacious modern shower, balcony with table and chairs, all well provided as advertised, and quite clean!

A estadia foi ótima! A localização eh muito no e as instalações bem novinhas! Só acho que poderia ter uma máquina de bebidas no hotel já que não oferecem bebidas no mini bar do quarto.

Muito bom! Moderno, confortável, prédio novíssimo. Pontos negativos: o studio tem louças, microoondas mas não tem espírito já nem detergente de louça. E a única pia é acho banheiro. Lixeira tb, só tem a do banheiro. E o frigobar é minúsculo.

As acomodações são muito confortáveis, contudo, a limpeza deixou muito a desejar! No primeiro dia não passaram para limpar e no segundo dia a limpeza foi MUITO superficial! O prédio é novo e bem localizado. Se a limpeza fosse menor, com certeza minha avaliação séria 100%.

O prédio é super novo e as instalações São modernas e lindas! Mas não oferece nada! Atendimento ruim, com exceção do Ricardo que fez nosso check in. Nada de comodidades, nem um secador de cabelo tinha no ap. Pedi um quarto perto do quarto da minha sogra, não atenderam. O chão do apartamento não era limpo. O banheiro muito menos. Os cabelos que caiam no chão continuavam. As toalhas, quando trocadas, não trocavam as 4, mas duas ou três. Totalmente estranho o serviço. E a falta de consideração com o hóspede também. O lugar tinha tudo para ser excelente, mas a falta de profissionalismo do serviço não permitiu.

La verdad es excelente todo, tuvimos un percance con mi nieta de 8 años, y la hospitalidad, colaboración y atención de todo el personal fue muy especial, solo tenemos palabras de gratitud para agradecerles por todo. A cualquier persona que quiera buscar un sitio donde hospedarse en Santiago de Chile, no duden en escoger One NK apartaments, llevó 40 años viajando por el mundo y la verdad que me sentí o nos sentimos junto con mi familia como si estuviéramos en nuestra propia casa, Felicitaciones y muchas gracias a todas las personas que trabajan para este sitio.
