This is 2 to 3 star hotel. Smells horrid everywhere you go like if you where living inside a Fried Chicken Joint. Human hair in the bathroon. No complimentary water and instant coffee. Bad taste in decoration though the facilities has a lot of potential. Never going back.

Me he quedado varias veces en este hotel pero esta es la ultima. Servicio del personal malo, cero servicio al cliente, pedimos comida y no dejaron recibirla . Cero amabilidad y cuando pedimos otra llave para la habitación no nos la querian dar . Me sentí como si me hubieran regalado la estadia y no como si yo la estoy pagando y puedo exigir buen servicio. Lastima porque viajo carias veces al año a Chile y esta es la ultima a este hotel.

Buenos desayunos. Piezas modernas en la parte electrica, buen tamaño de pantalla de TV. Hotel de construccion reciente. No me gustaron las camas, muy chicas y no tenian piezas con cama matrimonial disponible, y las almohadas no muy comodas. Te dejan una botella de agua en la pieza junto al hervidor y cafetera; te cobran 3.800 pesos por el agua que te dejan sin avisarte que tienes que pagar si quieres tomarte un cafe. El ultimo piso; muy helado cuando hace frio. Tiene muy mala calefaccion. No me gusto el accesso ; si vienes subiendo por la calle, no se puede doblar y entrar al hotel. No me gusto la actitud del " portero".. llego al hotel y en vez de decirmo " buenas tardes bievenido y ofrecer llevar las maletas como es en todo el mundo de hoteles decentes"; llegue y me grita.." mueva el auto de la entrada y vayase a estacionar abajo".. cero decencia.

Convenient and safe. Fuss-free. But room had some issues - tv didn’t work. Bathroom vent very loud. Hotel didn’t have a whole lot of facilities but I didn’t mind. No regrets.

i payed for the room in advance and the hotel employees tryed to make me pay cash to them and would not admit me to the hotel and refused to refund my room i was put in the street in a city i am not from shame on icon and its staff

El hotel lindo con habitación de buen nivel. No hubo disponibilidad para usar spa ni piscina, y para el desayuno había una espera de 10 minutos para conseguir mesa. Fuera de eso, bien.

Hotel incrível. Confortável. Limpeza diária do quarto, Café da manhã completo e delicioso. Bem localizado, perto do metrô, ao lado de uma loja de conveniência onde comprávamos bebidas, perto de farmácia, igreja. Tem um spa com piscina de água quente e sauna para relaxar. Tem piscina na cobertura com vista linda para cidade. À noite, na cobertura, tem sempre DJ que toca diversos tipos de músicas.

Not a bad stay given a hiccup check in
Good location and great selection of buffet breakfast. Staff all polite and nice, especially at the front office area. However there were no basic toiletries e.g. cotton buds, body lotion given the price we paid. When reserved the room the price was shown in Australian dollars but when checked in, we had to pay in US dollars which might not be the same rate when we booked in. Not happy about this.

Aqui ou você é muito bem tratado ou pessimamente tratado. Alguns funcionários grosseiros e nada proativos, agem e respondem como se nós hospedes já fossemos obrigados a conhecer os procedimentos do hotel. Café da manhã por mais que tivesses opções o preparo deixou muito a desejar

Loverly hotel located in a safe neighborhood called Las Condes. Icon Hotel is a bit far away from the city center, but one can easily get there with Metro Red Line. It only takes about 20 mins. SKYCLUB23, Icon Hotel's rooftop bar, was great and our group spent the whole evening there twice!

This hotel is located in a lovely walkable area. There is a shopping centre across the street and nearby restaurants. The staff are wonderful - especially the front desk staff. They helped us with arranging transportation and with some other issues. The rooms are gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows and lovely views. The sky club area is smaller than it looks in the photos. The new Italian restaurant downstairs is amazing!!!
