un agradable y conveniente hotel

El hotel esta limpio el personal es muy amable uno se siente como en casa pero al ser una casa antigua tiene problemas como las cañerías que en un bano expelia un olor asqueroso que el personal lo soluciono rápidamente fue el único inconveniente por lo demas la relación precio calidad excelente

Budget charm in Providencia

My husband and I spent our first two nights in Santiago at Hotel Las Hortensias. We loved the hotel's Georgian architecture, charming and funky lobby/sitting room, excellent central location on Providencia's quiet, tree-lined streets, and pretty breakfast room, fronting onto a small courtyard. Staff spoke little English, but were very helpful -- assisting us with the room safe on our first night, and providing a corkscrew for wine and lovely jazz for ambience for our hotel sitting room picnic on night two. The only shortcoming was the room itself, which was much smaller than expected; on carpeted rather than hardwood floors (contrary to website pictures); and with both bedding and the room itself not looking particularly clean. We hope the hotel will consider making a couple of small adjustments -- as, with hardwood or laminate floors, and more attention to bed linen and room cleanliness, this would be a true gem in Santiago for travellers concerned with both character and budget.

Ótima Localização

O hotel está muito bem localizado, há apenas quarto quadras do metro Los Leones e próximo ao Shopping Costanera. Infelizmente a caldeira não funcionou todos os dias e pela manhã tinhamos a única opção de banho morno para frio. O atendimento da Copa é feito por uma senhora muito mal humorada, com exceção à Jacqueline que é uma simpatia e a Patricia da recepção. Me cobraram 8.500 pesos - 40 Reais para lavar duas blusas!!! Não utilize o service de lavanderia é muito caro!!!!

Hotel simples mas bem arrumado. Ótima localização e bom custo benefício. Para quem não se importa com luxo e sim com um hotel para dormir e com boa localização, é uma boa opção.

Muito boa mais uma vez. Ressalto apenas que embora tenha informado a 2 recepcionistas do meu plano de ir ao aeroporto no Transfer, que custaria US $12,40 tive de ir de taxi por a US $50, A solicitação deve ser feita com 4 horas de antecedência para garantia do translado

havia lido opiniao desfavoravel sobre desjejum. Num 3 estrelas é assim mesmo: frutas frescas, manteiga, yogurte, leite e saches de cha e cafe solúvel. Se houvesse mel e pães melhores seria perfeito. A gentileza com que me orientaram e a eficiencia ao tomaram providencias para meu conforto, foram fundamentais para os resultados do meu trabalho em Santiago

Muy buena ubicación

El hotel es una antigua casona muy bien reciclada, con detalles que contrastan el estilo retro con lo moderno, las habitaciones son luminosas, el barrio muy lindo, pero el agua caliente no salía bien y además tiene muchas escaleras.
