Great location in Santiago! Within walking distance to the Plaza de Armas, metro, restaurants, Santa Lucia market, etc. Anita was incredibly helpful and a great person!

Muito bem localizado, próximo a restaurante, supermercado, casa de câmbio, shopping e etc. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, piso ficava extremamente sujo mesmo. Internet ótima e conforto bom.

Excelente localização

Está localizado no melhor de Santiago, no centro e próximo aos principais pontos turísticos e da parte Histórica da cidade. Um supermercado encontra-se ao lado e dezenas de opcões de cafés, restaurantes e lanchonetes bem próximas. Fica a 2 quadras do Cerro Santa Lúcia, metrô e rua Agustina para troca da moeda. Endereço de fácil localização para táxi, Uber e excursões turísticas. A única desvantagem é não haver troca de toalhas diariamente. No mais o aparte atende 100% das expectativas e possui um excelente custo/benefício para uma cidade tão cara.

Infelizmente me senti enganado. Na descrição do local de eles colocam que tem piscina. Realmente tem, mas NÃO podemos usar. Eles alegam que está com problemas, mas é a segunda vez que me hospedei neste local e a desculpa foi a mesma. Não escolham por este item. Me senti Enganado.

O apartamento é super bem localizado e seguro, perto de mercado, pontos turísticos, estações de metrô e locais para comer. O apartamento também muito bonito, confortável e com tudo certo só não gostei da limpeza pois não foi ninguém trocar a roupa de cama e as toalhas, fora isso tudo perfeito!

Una muy buena opcion para viaje en grupo familiar. La atencion fue muy amable. Una excelente zona para visitar el centro historico. El estacionamiento fue costoso pero como es de esperar en esta zona. De hecho por estacionamiento 2 dias pague el precio de una noche de arriendo. Pero siempre me fue informado el costo por lo que sin problemas

Boa localização

A localização é otima. Próximo ao metro bellas artes, restaurantes, museus, parque, mercado. O quarto é arrumadinho e espaçoso. Possui cozinha, o que nos deu mais liberdade de horarios. O prédio é um pouco barulhento, pois estivemos no feriado e as pessoas gritavam durante a madrugada. Durante a semana não houve barulho. Um bom custo benefício.

More of an Airbnb?

It was a little complicated to figure out that you needed to go to the 8th floor in a modified apartment to get to the rental office, but when we got to the room it was clean and well furnished. Little to no amenities/only 2 towels/no shampoo etc, which wasn't ideal for travelers, but kitchen had everything you needed and again, super cozy. The pool was closed and it didn't specify that it was seasonal, so that was a bummer, but location was great and once we had everything figured out it was easy to get in and out of and was an excellent home base to explore Santiago.

It's ok...

The room is ok, staff is friendly and helpful but there are issues. It wasn't easy to find where to check-in (9th floor, down a hall, with no sign on it). Once checked in things were ok for a time being. Came back to the room twice to find no electricity but they did fix it relatively quickly. The building didn't have water for the weekend and when it did, no hot water. The gym is pure garbage equipment. It really is all broken. And having an indoor pool doesn't mean you can use it year long. An assumption I made. So I liked the staff, if the building didn't have water issues I would have stayed longer. So the building had some issues but maybe was just bad luck.
