The hotel was noise had people outside the hotel drinking smoking load extremely loud music til 5am the room want that clean and the staff were unfriendly the restaurant was nice and the service was good.

The service was really good, the people is friendly in the bar and restaurant. The kitchen suite needs to be updated and doesn’t have basic stuffs as a dishes soap, paper towel, salt, etc It was a good gateway with my family.

The view is amazing! but as far as front office, they didn't seem so concerned about our key card not working (3-4 times) we were locked out and couldn't get inside. the rest of the staff, as far as housekeeping and night management was friendly and tried to help rapidly seeing us outside freezing with our infant and couldn't get inside our room. That place has a lot of potential just needs a little bit of updating the rooms and such. overall, our stay was fair besides that.

It was ok in terms of the grounds. The gate up front, the pool area, etc were nice. The rooms not so much. The owners have invested in the grounds far more than the rooms. The paint was coming off the wall, our bathroom door had a hole in it, the beds were very hard, the linens were stained, and the cleanliness was not what you would expect at all. We also did not feel as safe as the door lock was not the best.

For being classified as a Resort place, this was more like a 2-3 star place, did not fit the price charged nor the classification; bathroom/showers very small/tight areas. Very noisy late at night with Music groups blaring their music late night and early morning hours without being told to respect other guests. Staff at Reception very blunt, not warm welcome. Maid service hard workers

It’s nice and fun just be ready to walk lots of up and down hills to ur destination they don’t have golf carts not convenient for elderly or someone in wheel chair it’s a lot of walking unless u have a car and your driving then your good. The food it’s ok 5 out of ten.

False advertisement, pools were closed Park was closed We traveled from the U.S. for my sons wedding and it was so stressful, my father could not walk very well and there are no handicap amenities Food took an hour for a burger and 2 drinks
