部屋が広く快適でした。
町の中心部にあり便利でした。アラメダ公園が近いです。カードキーを2枚受け取って部屋に入りましたが、既に部屋にはカードがセットされていて明るく暖かかったです。フロントスタッフの方々の対応も親切、歓迎ムードで嬉しかったです。

五つ星ホテルとは？
五つ星だったので期待して行きましたが、正直ガッカリしました。 まずフロントまで10段くらいの階段があるにもかかわらずベルボーイはいなくて大きなトランクがあったのでわざわざ呼びにいきました。昔は豪華ホテルだっただろうというクラシック感は残っていましたが、ホテルの内装や部屋は古いだけでした。ホテルの方達は感じは良かったですが、三つ星ホテル以上の場合はこのくらいは当然かな、というレベルでした。サンティアゴという土地の特徴から、古く歴史あるホテルはOKですが、五つ星ホテルという看板を掲げるなら、星の基準はきちんと維持していただきたいな、と思いました。

街中の便利なホテル
サンティアゴ旧市街の中心にあり便利。サービスも行き届いていた。快適度を３にしたのは部屋が階段の横で上がり降りする音が少し気になったため。

くつろぎたい方にお奨めです。
かなり古い施設の様な気はしましたが、館内には沢山の絵が飾られていて、美術館の様でした。また、静かで落ち着いた雰囲気がとても良かったです。朝食もとてもおいしかったです。

フロントの中年男性の対応が、年季の入った正にプロフェッショナルと言える程素晴らしかった。 ホテルもEUROSTARS系列のためか、全般的に良かった。

デザイン重視の部屋の設計
全体として極めて満足出来る水準。食事もおいしい。 難を言えば、余りにデザインに凝りすぎてやや実用の観点からは使いにくい点がある。例えばバスタブが部屋の中にあったり、トイレに手洗いが無く、部屋の洗面台が使いにくかったりと言ったところが気になる点。また、電気の付け方消し方が難しすぎて分からない点もある。

One of the most beautiful rooms we have ever had. Close to the center of the Church of Santiago De Compostela. Parking below the building. Very good breakfast.

Very personable staff; great location. Room needs updated with USBs and a working Netflix. Televisions were not compatible with Chromecast.

Excelente!!!
Hotel muito bom! Excelente! O quarto e o banheiro são muito grandes. Tudo bem antigo, mas bem conservado e limpo. Estacionamento no subterrâneo do hotel o que ajuda muito ao custo de 16 euros a diária. A localização é excelente, pois é muito perto de tudo. Uma caminhada de 10 minutos está na Catedral. Me hospedaria novamente.

It is ok
Located in a residential area and within a few minute's walk to the old town, this hotel offers the best of both world. Lobby and room appear dated with dull-colors and somewhat depressing. Could certainly benefit from a bit of cheer.

The shower was broken, we informed the front desk as soon as we noticed; however we came back late in the day to find the shower still not working. We were moved to another room which was an inconvenience.

Para un 5* la apariencia es de 3* muy poco cuidado, muy antiguo y cama dura con colchón muy viejo tuve q pedir me cambiaran, pero la cama siguió igual d incomoda, cuarto d baño muy pequeño sin bañera y con restricciones para que rellenaran las botellas d jabón, crema etc. Muy decepcionante, parking muy estrecho incluso rayamos nuestro coche x la cantidad d maniobras a realizar, las cortinas no han lavado desde q inauguraron el hotel, muy sucias y nada opacas, el aire acondicionado antiquísimo y muy ruidoso. No lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo
