We had a beautiful stay here, the place itself was very comfortable and clean. The location was more than perfect! It was right in the centre of fun with plenty of restaurants, shops surrounding the area. The beach was a 2 minute walk which added to the experience! If I was to come back I would definitely stay here again due to the convenience of it all and the surroundings!

Clean, good location, only for short stays

We stayed for 5 nights, I would not want to stay any longer. It is great for short stays. It's a bedroom with bathroom and balcony. It's clean, 2 mins from the beach. Restaurants etc on your door step. The balcony is needed. Downsides are Could do with a broom to sweep stuff up. (My wife tells me) Pegs to hang up towels There are no knives and forks for cutting rolls or buttering them

The place is a real bargain for its price! Its location is amazing, being 5 min away from the main street with all the bars and restaurants as well as a small cozy beach. The room is very simple, with only the really, really basic amenities (even the bed sheets are quite limited). But it makes up for it with a lovely balcony. The place was clean when we arrived (except for the balcony), but it quickly got messy as there weren't any brooms or similar available to tidy up the sand brought in from the beach. The bathroom also tends to flood due to a slightly awkward shower basin design. Overall a very elementary but cozy place to stay, perfect for when you don't intend on staying inside much anyways.

Don't do it

Room is much smaller than pictured, it is dirty and noisy and has no facility. Shower has one tiny drop and toilet flush stucked so water keeps running. Bed was not made completely and communication with host was terrible IF we could get in contact.

siamo trovati bene

Abbiamo passato 3 notti e ci siamo trovati bene. Ottima posizione, sia perchè vicino hai tanti locali e ristoranti, e poi sei in centro e sia perchè sei vicino alla spiaggia. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumori perchè rientravamo a casa sempre dopo mezzanotte, quindi ci siamo trovati bene. L'unica piccola pecca è il soffione che non faceva uscire troppa acqua (ma andava bene lo stesso) e due asciugamani che erano sporchi (ma ci siamo arrangiati perchè avevamo le nostre). L'unica cosa è di fare piu attenzione per i prossimi ospiti :) Per il resto, è stato un ottimo appoggio per dormire, la stanza è identica alla foto. Sicuramente la consiglieremo e soprattutto ci ritorneremo! L'host era provattivo nel rispondere ai messaggi e ha dato anche degli ottimi consigli. Per trovare l'alloggio e come entrare è stato super facile! Consiglio assolutamente. Ps. dentro l'edificio c'è una macchinetta, che è comoda se non si ha dell'acqua in camera :D A presto! :D

Appartement hôtel TALAMANCA très sûr évalué

Quand nous sommes arrivés le samedi 26 nov à 16h, il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir, à 17h toujours personne. Nous avons tambouriné à la porte extérieure et par chance la femme de ménage est descendue et nous a ouvert notre chambre. Après un voyage fatiguant, nous souhaitions prendre une douche et ho surprise ; pas d'eau chaude... Je téléphone à l'agence HOMERTI, et après des difficultés pour se faire comprendre, on me dit qu'une intervention rapide est prévue....dans l'heure. Le soir toujours pas d'eau chaude à la douche. Le lendemain matin je téléphone directement à ABRITEL pour me plaindre, mon interlocuteur comprend mon mécontentement et essai de joindre HOMERTI sans succès, et enfin je vois arriver une camionnette HOMERTI, je descends pour leur passer la communication avec la personne d'ABRITEL et je comprends qu'ils viennent réparer la panne du cumulus, bref l'eau chaude est arrivée quelques heures après, donc le lendemain de notre arrivée. Dans la chambre nous avons constaté que le coffre dans le placard était inutilisable (serrure cassée) que les portes de placard ne coulissaient pas (bloquées) et nous avons dû acheter un balai et pelle car en allant se baigner nous ramenions un peu de sable et la poussière s'accumulait. Donc nous ne sommes pas du tout satisfaits de cette location ABRITEL et l'appréciation globale de l'appart hôtel TALAMANCA n'est pas du tout au rendez-vous.

Soggiorno di 5 giorni molto piacevole, un piccolo inconveniente con l'asciugacapelli che non funzionava. La sera stessa ho contattato l'host che il mattino seguente mi ha fatto portare un asciugacapelli sostitutivo. L'appartamento è molto semplice ma bello, l'armadio e la porta del bagno non si chiudevano bene ma per il resto non abbiamo avuto problemi. Tornerei sicuramente perchè la zona è veramente perfetta.
