Er is een goede sfeer en dat is te merken aan de service die wordt verleend. De receptiemedewerkers en de dames van het ontbijt zijn enorm aardig en staan altijd voor je klaar. Het appartement is zeer schoon, zo schoon heb ik het nog niet gezien. Wij hadden een appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Iedere dag werd het schoon gemaakt. De vers gemaakt cappuccino was overheerlijk zo ook het ontbijt. Wij hadden een defect kluisje en deurknop. Het werd direct verholpen. Als je een ruim en schoon appartement wilt hebben met aardige mensen om je heen dan moet je hier zijn.

Ideal location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, good size rooms and well equipped. Easy access to trains, if you want to pop into Barcelona like we did. Nice pool area and bar, short walk to the beach.

Lovely clean and spacious apartments.
Very nice apartments with everything that was needed. Cleaned saily by very friendly staff. Great location and the onsite supermarket was very handy. Loved the stay here and would definitely recommend.

Hemos estado 3 noches en un apartamento de 1 habitación. Muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para dormir y cocinar. Limpieza exquisita. Y sobretodo, lo más destacable, el personal. Atendieron todas nuestras necesidades de una forma encantadora, Contentos. Buen wifi también. Como único pero, el parking para ser descubierto y en la calle en definitiva, lo encuentro un poco caro a 15 euros por noche.

When me & my bf went to the Hotel's Supermarket to get some souvenirs, They kept looking at us and only us like we were going to steal something, Not nice. I complained about it but nothing really changed. Hotel Receptionists were all very nice and friendly. Breakfast was ok.

Gezellige omgeving met vele leuke restaurants. De kamers voldoet prima, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Ze zijn ruim, hygiënisch en zou er weer zo boeken, als ik in de buurt ben. Personeel is ook heel vriendelijk.

El hotel bien, la zona/situación un rollo.
El hotel está bien en general, las habitaciones son estupendas con cocina, salón, dormitorio amplio y buen baño. Inconvenientes: un sólo ascensor, lejos de la playa (hay la vía del tren enmedio), aparcamiento de pago (8€/día también en temporada baja), check-out súper temprano (a las 10h). La situación del hotel es un asco: toda esa zona queda encerrada entre la vía del tren y la carretera, está lejos de todo: de la playa, del pueblo...

Le Informo también que estamos situados en la zona hotelera y el pueblo de Santa Susana en sí es una urbanización. Tiene razón en que la vía de tren está entre la playa y la zona hotelera lo cual para muchos clientes es una ventaja porque tienen muy fácil acceso para desplazarse por toda Cataluña. De todas formas, será un placer verles de nuevo por aquí. Un saludo cordial

Great staff
I came in the off season, so the town was pretty deserted but the staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful providing a lot of tips to help me enjoy my stay. The hotel rooms itself were very clean and the breakfast was also quite good.

Prima appartement, wij hadden een de luxe kamer met prima airco en uitstekend bed. Enig punt van kritiek; geen bekers in de badkamer om je mond te spoelen na tandenpoetsen, prullenbak in kamer ontbreekt, en na douchen met stortdouche overstroomde de badkamer en liep water in kamer. We hebben daarna kleinere douchekop gebruikt en ging prima; niet te hard aanzetten. Kleine punten dus! Uitstekende ontbijt, brandschoon en zelfs een eitje werd gebakken bij ontbijt. Lieve meisjes ook in de bediening bij ontbijt. Nee ik kan het iedereen aanbevelen hoor uitstekend vertoeven hier!

Recomendable y con idea de volver en otra ocasión! única pega, tener que pagar 8€ diarios por parquing y sin techado. En pleno verano es un problema, podrían habilitar algún tipo de techado como en algunos supermercados, no es tan difícil. El resto sin pega!

Great stay, near to Barcelona
Modern building. Beautiful pool area. Staff friendly, great location. Easy access to Barcelona on the train nearby.

Nice room with a huge balcony, clean and in a good location, close to the beach and shops. Room was a decent size and easy to unfold the sofa beds. Only real complaints were the paper thin walls between rooms and that the room wasn’t made up every day.

Comme toujours très agréable séjour à l’Odissea ! Merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse Appartement de 2 chambres pour la 1ère fois, top ! Juste il y manque une spatule en bois, 1 couteau de cuisine et un petit saladier ; le reste est nickel !

Ottimo appartamento ideale per famiglie con bambini siamo stati benissimo, anche se il tempo stato orribile per le piogge , per il resto 10+ ci ritornerei molto volentieri anche i bambini sono stati contentissimi .

OUR BEST STAY EVER IN SANTA SUSANNA.
From we crossed the threshold into this hotel we were treated with the utmost care and attention by the young desk clerk. We are both disabled I am registered blind. We were not happy with our room as the air conditioning wasn't working. She promptly came up from reception changed our room. And even split the bed into singles and she re done both beds for us. Every member of staff treated us with the courtesy you only get in 5* hotels. The hotel is so clean it's sterile. Food at the pool cafe bar is excellent in fact better than most on the main strip. And cheaper also. I recommend the Gourmet Salad "the goats cheese is lovely on it" also the goats cheese burger, and chicken wrap are great also. This has been our 4th stay in Santa Susanna and this Apart Hotel has been our best stay to date. If you want to relax in a quiet hotel near the strip, this would be my top recommendation. Staff 5*, Hotel 5*, location 5*, Cafe Pool Bar 5*.
