Easy access to the white sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast, the newly renovated, A Sandy Carol, is a quaint coastal condo perfect for a relaxing respite. This bright and airy home, named in tribute to the owner’s mothers (Sandy and Carol), is conveniently located in the Beachside Villas of Seagrove Beach. A favorite feature of this beautiful coastal condo is the large balcony with rocking Adirondack chairs. It’s a quiet and peaceful space to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail while taking in the smell and sound of the sea.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Beachside Villas in Seagrove Beach is a low-density complex located in a quiet area south of 30A, just 1 block from Eastern Lake, and offers three great beach options nearby. Eastern Lake Public Beach is located at the end of San Roy Rd, only 1200 ft from Beachside Villas, there is a seasonal golf cart trolley that will take guests to this beach. Sugar Dunes Boardwalk near Building 6 offers beach access over the dunes. Sugar Dunes Beach even offers paddle boarding, beach chairs, kayaks, waterboards, bonfire services, and more available for purchase by Spyglass. Walton Dunes Public Beach is located at the end of Beachfront Trail. Community amenities include 2 pools, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, BBQ grilling areas, and a lakeside deck. Many fabulous area restaurants are nearby, such as Cafe 30a, Angelina's, The Perfect Pig Gourmet Market, and Old Florida Fish House. Find your perfect beach vacation at Beachside Villas.

AREA ATTRACTIONS: 
located in the Beachside Villas of Seagrove Beach. This charming community has everything you need including two heated pools, tennis courts, (rackets and balls supplied by HOA) a Pickle Ball court and charcoal grills at every building along the green space facing the ocean. Seagrove Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Seaside and Watersound. Offers both “Lakelife” as well as “Saltlife”!

Enjoy several dining options just a walk or bike ride away from the 30A communities such as Old Florida Fish House, Steamboat Grill, Buddy’s Seafood Market, and Kahve and Cream for your coffee and sweets.

The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers, and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty, and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn. 

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Much needed get away

It was our first time here and we loved it! The location is great. The only thing I wish was different is the beach access in front of the property is private for another place, it makes up for it by having a shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up from the public beach. We will definitely be back!
