Located in WaterColor's Lake District, Wine Down is a recently updated 2 bedroom beach house that sleeps 8 comfortably. Custom Serena & Lily decor combined with an open floor plan, sweeping porches, and beautiful updates make this a favorite home for many repeat 30A vacationers.

Nestled just off Western Lake and steps to downtown WaterColor, the newly renovated beach club, and the acclaimed Emerald Coast, Wine Down offers luxurious accommodations for the whole family. A sprawling front porch offers outdoor lounging space to kick back and relax. The main living and dining space offers ample seating, a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), dining for 6 and an updated kitchen complete with stainless appliances and bar seating for 3 more.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
First floor:
Bedroom 1: Master Suite- King bed, flat screen TV, private 2024 remodeled en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, and large shower. W/D is located in this bathroom. A private screened porch with sitting area is just off this bedroom.
New 2024 addition added- small bunk closet (sleeps 2). 1/2 bath, kitchen, great room and dining area complete this level
Second Floor:
Bedroom 2: Two queen beds (sleeps up to 4), flat screen TV, and private en-suite with shower only

** Golf cart included for those who pay the refundable deposit and sign the liability waiver. If the cart becomes unusable we will do our best to get it working for you. A replacement will not be available.
