Amazing Family Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay in this property. The location is excellent. The pool is a nicely sized community pool for vacationers with kids. The rooms were spacious. The kitchen by far is AMAZING! I highly recommend this property. The vacation company is super attentive and will give great tips for the area.

Cute townhouse...Great location

I would have given this property 5 stars, but due to a few issues I couldn't. First the property is in a great location. If you rent a golf cart you can get to so many places easily. Secondly the linen was not the cleanest, the ceiling fans had thick layers of dust, and the grounds needed some maintaing (landscaping lights not working and there wasn't an outdoor light on the pool side where they have chairs located). Lastly the home is located in a really nice community that has vacationers and full time residents, and there is a community pool with grilling area and hot tub! On our second day we went to the pool around 11AM, when we got there other residents informed us that someone defected in the pool. The pool was closed the entire rest of our stay because noone came to handle the situation. Although it is not the fault of the Property Management company, it does not reflect well on the company due to noncummunication with the the actual management of the community.

This is a beautiful home lovely pool if I had anything that could improve it gets pretty hot upstairs they could use some fans and kitchen could have a few more basic things but we will stay here again we loved loved it

Family Wedding

You were in town for a wedding. The home was immaculate. Perfect location next to the pool great for evening swims.. lots of restaurants to choose from close to so many beaches, hiking, biking .. would stay at this location again.

Family Get Away

We really enjoyed the beach house! It was gorgeous, and we felt right at home, in fact we didn't want to leave. The pool area is beautiful as well and almost directly behind the house. We hope to stay here again next Fall.

Nice home just a quick ride to the beach

This home was nicely decorated and central to many great beaches if you wanted to drive or a quick golf cart or bike ride to blue mountain beach. The only thing we would have preferred was a better stocked kitchen (ie cooking utensils) if you are planning on eating in.

Beach Bliss

Essentials Missing

This is a lovely, well-maintained home but it is very poorly stocked. There were so few microwave dishes that we had to purchase our own paper plates. The kitchen was nearly devoid of kitchen tools that I consider standard (lighter, scissors, etc.) and we keep running into situations where we didn't have what we needed. Especially with the current pandemic, this is NOT the home to book if you plan to eat your meals in.

Amazing House, Not So Great Rental Agency

Overall, the house was great. It’s to the pool and has a well-stocked kitchen. We also loved the openness of the living/kitchen area. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was a great place to wind down after the beach. Cons: The A/C upstairs was LOUD. Every time it clicked on, it woke me up as I was sleeping in one of the upstairs bedrooms. If you’re a light sleeper like me, that might be an issue. Also, no ceiling fans or TVs in the upstairs bedrooms. Would have been nice to have a tv upstairs for the evenings and rainy days. We had a major issue with a maintenance worker from RealJoy walking in to the house unannounced twice in one afternoon. We got no notification from RealJoy whatsoever. We were on an all girls trip and I can tell you that this completely robbed us of our sense of safety and privacy. To have a man in our kitchen when we arrived back from the beach and for him to again walk in unannounced as one girl was about to get in the shower is completely unprofessional and inappropriate. RealJoy offered nothing but an insincere apology when we called to make them aware of the issue. If I had to do it over again, I would avoid RealJoy and book with a different property management company.

Beautiful home, great location

We had a great time at Chalet Mer. Home is nicely furnished, clean and is located just a brief drive to the beach. Pool area was great. The kitchen is stocked with very basic items . We made dinner 3 nights and had limited cooking utensils and cookware. We made it work but would be nice to have some smaller pots :)

Very Noce

The home is lovely. We had 6 adults and 4 small children. The living room and kitchen are our favorite. The internet is terrible. We know because the weather was not on our side. The pool area is Gorgous. It has an outdoor kitchen and covered patio. Perfect for rainy pool days. The property is steps from the pool. Toilet paper isn’t good. But I’d still rent again.

Excellent neighborhood nestled in the beautiful Blue Mountains of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
