    The Space:

    Step into the tranquility and comfort of this welcoming little vacation rental in peaceful Seagrove Beach. Tasteful décor and beautiful views of the lagoon-style pool area, Gulf, and surrounding coastal dunes will make you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. First thing: take advantage of the blender to whip up a frosty margarita out on the spacious balcony. Centrally located on 30A with sought after amenities including fitness center, a pool, pickleball courts, and lighted tennis courts, this is a must-see!



    Nestled between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of Coastal Dune Lakes. Catch live music at the Seaside Amphitheater or The Hub two and a half miles east.



    Things to Know

    Free bike rentals and beach service are provided from March 1 to October 31.



    Other Things to Note:

    Important Property Update – Please Read Before Booking

    This resort is currently undergoing construction. Building A is open; however, they are currently finishing up balcony punch lists and painting the exterior of the building. They also still have to replace the North stair case windows. Buildings B and C remain under construction, with an expected end date of June 14th for the property. Our office is currently closed due to window replacements.

    The north and south pools are currently open, with certain pool deck areas blocked, due to scaffolding. Do not move barricades; these are here for your safety.

    A safe, narrow pedestrian path to the beach has been established through the pools scaffolding. (via the north entrance). For your safety, please do not attempt to access the beach through the Building A or B garages. Do not move barricades; these are here for your safety.



    You should expect noise, dust, and contractor activity between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Wonderful vacation

Our first stay at Dunes of Seagrove and definitely not our last. Great location, the unit was beautifully furnished and very clean. The oversize balcony was so nice with wonderful trade winds. Thank you Phyllis for helping make our vacation wonderful.

Great place to stay

Condo was compact, but roomy at the same time. We really enjoyed our stay. Pool was a short distance and so was the beach. Very convenient to get beach chairs. I definitely recommend to stay here to anyone. Family really enjoyed riding bikes.

Weekend getaway

We went last week to The Dunes of SeaGrove Beach Bell and had a wonderful time. Absolutely loved the condo . Short walk to the beautiful beach. Close enough to Panama and Destin that we spent days in both . Excellent places to shop and eat. Already booked to go back next summer and bring the kids.

This is a GEM in the middle of PARADISE!!!

Incredible views! HUGE porch with views of the gulf and pools. The owners of this property are such a pleasure to work with. We will certainly be back and refer all of our friends and family! Beautiful Week

This week was restful, fun and healing! When I stepped into Beach Belle I was amazed by it's charm, decor and warmth. I have rented many condos in the past but this beats them all! The rooms are large, the balcony is huge and the view is unbelievable! I have found my piece of heaven here, I will be back!

Beautiful condo!!!

Beach Belle is so charming and comfortable you won't want to leave. Each room is decorated to perfection and the large balcony is so inviting with great view of pool and the gulf beyond. It is steps away from the most beautiful beach. We loved out stay and Phyllis couldn't have been nicer to work with. Thank you for sharing Beach Belle with us. PS The grandkids LOVED the bunk beds.

Awesome beach condo!

My daughter and I loved our time at the Guidry's condo! The location is great. The condo has everything you need for the perfect vacation. We were just steps from the beach and the pools are huge. I especially liked the covered parking which was one level down from the condo. So close to the grocery store and shops. Phyllis was great to work with! We hope to go back soon!

This is a very nice condo, perfect for a small family.

We were quite comfortable with our 4 grandchildren ages 6, 5, and 15 month twins. The porch was a perfect play space. The owners Phyllis and Jerry are wonderful; they are accessible and helpful.

Great condo and resort!

We will definitely come back here! The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. I loved the spacious balcony and while you are not right on the beach you have a nice view of the pool and a glimpse of the beach on either side of a sand dune. The beach was really nice and the condo was close to a bike rental place so we ride bikes around Deer lake and Seagrove. A really comfortable condo!

Wonderful Condo Experience!

Our family enjoyed our first time in a condo with this property and it was GREAT! The complex is amazing as well. We love 30A and found this small complex perfect for our family of 5! The unit is clean, well stocked and organized. Mrs. Guidry is so helpful and informative and you can tell how much she and her husband take special care of their condo:). Short Vacation

My family of 5 was able to book this condo for a few days to get away for a much needed short vacation from Tennessee and busy life. Phyllis was great to work with. She always responded quickly to my emails and was more then willing for work with me on any questions I had. The condo fit our family perfectly. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and my husband and I enjoyed our own master bedroom. The view of the pool was great. The access to the beach was great also. Thank you for opening up your condo for us. We loved being in Seagrove beach.
