Before you secure your spot at Stayin' Sandy Nest, here’s what you need to know::

• Rental Agreement: Once booked, you’ll receive a Point of Contact form and a short rental agreement to e-sign for liability purposes only.
• Security Deposit: There is a $250 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. It's auto released 3 days after you depart
• Max Occupancy: Accommodates up to 14 guests.
• Pet Policy: Two dogs max allowed with prior approval and a $200 fee/per dog.
• Guest Policies: No smoking, vaping, no parties or events | Please keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM
• Quiet Hours: Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 11 PM.
• Safety: Pool alarm | Smoke & CO detectors | Fire extinguisher
• Starter Supplies: Toiletries | Paper goods | Trash bags | Dishwasher pods

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! Everything was very clean and well stocked. Great location and plenty of space for our group to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other in the house. Would definitely stay here again!
