It's a catfish. Photographs make it look lovely and wonderful. And in many ways, it is. It's proximity to the beach and layout of the house is excellent. BUt there were some funky things going on. First of all, the property team needs to get a new cleaning crew. There was vomit on the wainscoting in the downstairs bathroom and dried urine on the floor to match the toilet full of urine as well. There was filth on all the doors and light switches, and the furniture slipcovers needed a good stain removal/bleaching. There was a crockpot promised and it was not there (which isn't fatal- the rest of the kitchen was well equipped with new appliances). There are no extra blankets to lounge with, or use on the beds for extra warmth, so bring your own. There were also no boogie boards- again, not fatal, but be prepared to make an Instacart order to WalMart or buy your own when you get here.
The property management team is not local, so I had to repeat myself to three off-shore folks. Checked in on Saturday when all this went down, and had to physically walk in to the local property team on Monday. No one actually reached out until Thursday, and by then it was too late to help us since we checked out on Friday. The TVs are very old, and one works with cable, one works with Netflix, and one will allow Disney+ to be cast to it. But they all change, and you never know which remote to use. It's SUPER frustrating if you have children, so bring iPads. The internet is solid.
