Location-wise, it's just a short walk to the public beach access and less than a mile from the vibrant Gulf Place, offering shopping, local cuisine, live music, and more.

Your stay comes with COMPLIMENTARY ACCESS to a brand new 6-SEATER LSV/golf cart, a significant benefit typically valued at around $150/day.
Additionally, the house provides 4 bikes, 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels.

The gourmet kitchen showcases beautiful white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a spacious island, and a designated dining room.
Relax on covered porches or head to Seaside for additional dining, shopping, and entertainment.

We also manage 2 homes on the same street as this one if you have a big group and want to stay close! They are 30A Dreamin' (11 Walnut- 4 bedrooms) and Blue Oasis *right next door* (145 Walnut- 6 bedrooms). Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time.

Guest access

Located in such a great area of Blue Mountain Beach! One of the most coveted beach access points with restrooms + lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm is just down the street! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and quiet feel. Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), and another convenient public beach access by Goatfeathers on 30A.

Scenic Highway 30A's best restaurants nearby include Blue Mabel (walking distance), Shunk Gulley's Oyster Bar, Goatfeathers, Perfect Pig, Stinky's, Local Catch, Pizza by the Sea, The Vue 30A, Red Bar, Blue Mountain Creamery + Charlie's Donuts, Redfish Village (a great taco joint), and the new Mimmo's 30A!

Also less than a half mile to Point Washington State Forest with trails galore! Great biking all around.

Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-We provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. Guests will be held liable for any damages to LSV/golf cart.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
