Blissful Time

The house is beautiful, in a great neighborhood with nice amenities. Close to everything, the beach, shopping, restaurants. It’s a nice 10 minute walk to the beach and a 3 minute drive. The beach is beautiful and the access is well kept with bathrooms. We had an amazing time and will be back.

Overall the house was nice. Your cleaning staff did average job. The dining table was sticky; showing it had not been cleaned. There were ants in upstairs bathroom.

Best extended family vacay!

We stayed with our family of 7 plus 2 grandparents. We had plenty of room. The house was beautiful and clean! I want to live here! The house had 3 porches/decks which was amazing. We did have to drive to the beach and the pool area but that was fine. We only went to the pool one day because it was very cold and the beach is of course the best and is more zero depth entry for littles. There was no parking at the pool. The area was beautiful and so clean with great restaurants and shops. The teens were able to bike to the creamery and the beach area. Would definitely recommend!

Great House for Girl's Trip

This was our first stay in the Blue Mountain Beach area. This was a great house for 7 women. Lots of space. we really enjoyed the front porch. Beachful Bliss is located in the back of a nice neighborhood and backs up to a quiet wooded area, but you definitely have to drive to the beach and parking can be difficult. It was a short drive to several good restaurants. Our favorites were Shunk Gulley, Basmati's & The Red Bar. The house was well stocked with towels and the kitchen had almost everything you needed to prepare dinner. It rained several days during our stay and we never felt cramped, which was nice. The mattress in the master was a little soft for me, but did sleep well. The house had 3 full and 1 half bathrooms which was very convenient. I received the door codes the day of our arrival and communication with the property manager was efficient and timely. Despite the weather, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend Beachful Bliss for a peaceful stay in Blue Mountain.

wonderful home

lovely home with plenty of space. beautiful furnishings and modern appliances. good for families and adults. parking is the only issue we had. there is room for only 2 vehicles and there is no overflow parking options. any extra cars must be moved by 11 pm and you are on your own for finding a place to put your extra car(s) overnight. otherwise great home in a great neighborhood in a great 30A location.

Wonderful Stay

The house is absolutely charming. Very clean. The check in/check on process was easy. We did not see the pool area. Location is great, close to pretty much everything. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Winter getaway

This property was exactly as described. Was plenty of room for our family. It was in the back of the neighborhood which was nice and very quiet. Only things I wish were different or would’ve been a nice added touch: one extra dish tab and some laundry tabs. We bought some ourselves and it was no problem. The dryer ate our son’s brand new shirt but overall there was no issues!! Great place to stay! Would stay again.

Fantastic winter get away!

We loved the property! We did think it was closer to the beach, and wouldn’t have liked it as much in the summer, but for Thanksgiving, it was awesome! I think Seaside properties should give better info on their direct location to the center of seaside area. Would we return? Yes! The house is adorable.

Family reunion for a wedding.

The property was great. We are a group of 6 siblings ages 53 to 70 from Missouri , Maryland, Oregon and Texas. We met for my son's wedding. We chose this property because of the size of the kitchen. We had many great meals including the rehearsal dinner for about 30 people. There was plenty of room with the layout and the balconies. Lots of cars

Beautiful home. Great location

The home is beautiful. It has plenty of room for a big family. There is a great path behind the house that leads to the main road (83) that is a quick bike ride to the beach. We weren’t able to use the bikes other than the riding around the neighborhood because we didn’t have bike locks. The mattresses upstairs were not very comfortable, and the home was supposed to be extra clean because of covid. Everything felt clean, but the floors were terribly dirty upon arrival - black feet within 5 minutes of walking through. The kitchen has all of your basic needs, and the outdoor grill is well maintained. The patios are very nice and relaxing. The walk in shower downstairs is large, but a handle to hold on to would make it even better. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. The neighborhood is very nice and the construction didn’t bother us one bit.

Favorite Neighborhood and Adorable Home!

We love coming down to 30A and this is our second time staying in this neighborhood and we just love it! Adorable homes that are a great size for multiple families, great pool area with plenty of seating, and great central location in Santa Rosa Beach. The home was perfect, clean with a great amount of space for everyone and a great front and back porch! The ONLY complaint I can think of was that we couldn’t get the TV working in the Master Bedroom downstairs, which wasn’t even a big deal since we didn’t have time to watch tv. Would definitely stay here again!

Summer getaway!

Beautiful house and enough space to accommodate all guests. It was clean and the kitchen had basic supplies for cooking/eating. My only concerns are the limited parking and getting to the pool/beach. As far as parking, the property can only accommodate three cars, so make sure you plan accordingly. The pool is in the middle of the property and hidden by houses and trees. There is no parking for the pool, so be prepared to get dropped off or to walk. There are 4 bikes available to ride, but it's difficult to bring all your pool supplies with you. Plus there is a steep hill you have to go up as well. You definitely have to drive to the beach, but there is limited parking at local beach accesses. We ended up going to the State Park.

Great time in 30A

The home was lovely and appropriately decorated. The home is spacious and clean. Bedrooms are able to comfortably sleep 8 grown adults sharing beds,atleast in my opinion. Location is so, so... The pool is close enough if you do not have small kids but without a golf cart you are just secluded just enough to make it a little of a pain to walk and we chose to drive, drop off, and then have 1 person ride back drop the car off and bike back... Hope that demonstrates the possible annoyance if you have small kiddos. For an adult of with a golf cart you would have no issues. Access to the beach and restaurants if convenient but not walkable. I would certainly stay here again because I appreciated how it backed to the woods and had woods in front, lots of privacy. Cons: Not much, I thought the home was good and the host were awesome communicators. Regarding bugs... People mentioned this in other reviews. Well, we saw 3 roaches over our entire stay. Not a positive but I wouldn't fret over it, the place is clean.

We’ll be back

We had a family of 7 adults and we had plenty of room. Beautifully decorated and clean. We enjoyed the bikes. The only thing is we needed more dish towels and more wine glasses. We only had 3 and one was cracked. The dryer would not get out clothes dried after running an hour. It was noisey. Also would have liked a broom.

Nice house, not great for sleeping, long walk to pool.

The good: nice house, nice porch, quick drive to the beach. The bad: we saw several spiders in bedrooms. There is a very steep hill on the long walk to the pool. We had small children, so we ended up driving most times then sending someone back on a bike every trip. Two bedrooms have very sheer curtains which makes it hard to sleep in past 6am. And one queen bed was awful, squeaky, and rolled into the middle. And lastly, upon arrival you learn that they won’t let you turn the ac down below 70 degrees.

Gorgeous Beach House

This house was absolutely stunning, and we had the best time here! The home was spotless when we arrived, and was more spacious than we expected. We comfortably fit 10 people here, and never felt overcrowded or uncomfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and the pool area was amazing! The only negative to this house was that there could have been more bed linens available. We used the pull out couch because we had 10 people, but there was not a blanket for that bed, nor were there any extra blankets anywhere. Other than that, we absolutely loved it here! Highly recommend this home for a family getaway!

Very nice property!

The house is beautiful. The only drawbacks were the noise of other houses being built and the kitchen is not well stocked with serving dishes etc.
