Second Floor:
Four king bedrooms, three full bathrooms (2 ensuite), larger loft living area with 75” Roku Smart TV, full-size washer/dryer, and self-contained family suite with full kitchen, dining room, and living area with another 75” Roku Smart TV.

Screened-in back patio, beautiful pool and spa, and a large pool deck. Pool/spa heat is available for an added daily fee.

“Convenient location away from the crazy 30A traffic. It was nice to be in a quiet neighborhood that isn’t full of spring breakers. The beach was an easy drive for us. I would definitely recommend The Bay restaurant which was an easy walk for us. It was a short visit but would have wanted to use the bikes more to see the park under the bridge and fish. House is very new and clean. I think they said it was new construction. We didn’t spend much time at the house, but hung out in the nice screened in pool and spa when we were there. General Terms & Conditions
-Host Rental Agreement (digital signing), ID verification, and online check-in required. Rental agreement supersedes this summary.
-1 small hypoallergenic dog may be allowed IF approved by Host.
-All bookings include $1,500 of Accidental Damage Protection. Guest agrees to pay for all damage and missing items not otherwise paid for by Accidental Damage Coverage, security deposit, or other form of payment.
-No Smoking.
-Primary guests must be 25 years or older and provide a government-issued photo ID. All guests on the property must be registered.
-No events or parties are allowed. The property has noise monitoring, and outside cameras may be in place.
-Cancellation. Your booking source payment and cancellation terms prevail. See your guest portal or contact the host to confirm. We are unable to issue refunds once a reservation is non-refundable. We strongly recommend the purchase of Vacation Travel Insurance. For details contact host.
-Our County regulates short-term vacation rentals and guests must adhere to county restrictions that include maximum occupancy, noise, off-site parking, vehicle ID display, trash disposal, and environmental compliance. Violation by guests will result in fines and penalties to the primary guest representative.
Guest Screening: For the protection of you and others. Guest is required to give host permission to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases prior to final confirmation of the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the host.
