- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction.
- Access to a 6-Seater LSV (golf cart). Must be a licensed/insured driver and sign a waiver for access to the LSV

This beach neighborhood draws its name from the blue lupine flowers that sway in the coastal breeze and the fact that the area is home to South Walton’s highest elevation (a mountainous 65 feet)! Hop on a bike and make your way to the art gallery of renowned sculptural painter, Justin Gaffrey. Even before you enter, you’ll catch glimpses of his unique style on full display.
The home featured a total of 9 Suites. You will have access to 6 suites at a special price. The remaining suites will be locked off and unavailable during your stay. Let us know if you need more bedrooms as there is a larger option available for an additional fee.
