Welcome to Serenity on 30A~ an exclusive retreat in Santa Rosa Beach. Enjoy the comforts and the special amenities of this beautiful home.
This meticulous 4 ensuite bedroom, 1 bunk room, 4.5 bath sanctuary is located in a tree lined gated community just a half mile from the pristine beaches of 30A. The space offers a blend of comfort and style with everything you need for a beach vacation…beach gear, outdoor shower, baby gear, snacks and a 6 seater golf cart is included for exploring all the local restaurants and shops nearby.

Prime Location:
Serenity on 30A is perfectly situated just 1/2 mile from the beach, 1 mile from Gulf Place and the famous Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar. Grayton Beach is a short 4 miles away, and the iconic town of Seaside is just 5 miles down the road. Grand Boulevard is a 15 min drive and for those seeking the excitement of Destin, it's a mere 20 minute drive.

Spacious and Elegant:
Boasting 2,700 sqft of pure elegance, this property offers a blend of comfort and style. With 4 en-suite bedrooms, 1 bunk room, 4.5 baths, 7 beds that sleep 12 people and high-end furnishings, Serenity on 30A is designed to exceed your expectations.

Outdoor Delights:
Relax by the propane firepit with s'mores supplies provided or take a dip in the community heated swimming pool with a dedicated area for the little ones. Explore the area with ease using the 6-seat custom golf cart or enjoy a day at the beach with 10 beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels.

BEACH ACCESS:
Gulfview Heights beach access is 0.5 miles and is the closest to Serenity on 30a. Turn right on 30A and then left at Gulfview Heights Street (Goatfeathers restaurant) It has parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables with shelter, and lifeguards during peak season.
Gulf Place Beach access is just under a mile and has all of the amenities as Gulfview Heights and there are many restaurants and shopping closeby.
Spooky Lane access is 0.8 miles and typically quieter, however there is no parking or restrooms at this access.
You can also go left out onto 30a to Blue Mountain Beach Access about a mile away. Grayton Beach is 4 miles away. There is parking, restrooms and shelter at both.
For a beautiful beach experience try Topsail State Park. The dunes and the scenery are stunning.
