Beautiful home. Clean. Good supply of towels and kitchen items. Would have liked a Keurig but that's not a huge deal.Shower is awesome. Comfy beds.

Grayton Beach was so relaxing!

Spring getaway.

This property was amazing. We were able to bike everywhere including small shops, restaurants, and the beach. Spacious rooms and everyone had their own bathroom. It was also great that bikes were included so we didn't have to deal with that. Highly recommend this property to any family heading to the Gulf Coast.

Family Beach Trip

We loved staying at this property. The house was clean, had plenty of restrooms and the beds were comfortable. We would have liked to see some staple items in the kitchen, a few extra trash bags and maybe some beach chairs or toys.

Good location

Very close to a free shuttle to the beach and nice shops and places to eat! You can walk to most places and the pool was super close and very nice! That being said, they only allow two cars in the driveway. There is no parking on the street so if you have more than two cars you have to park them somewhere else. The shuttle area is where was recommended and the drivers advised not to park there more than a day or two or they would tow your car. Some of the dishes and knives in the knife block were dirty and we had to clean everything before we used it. Over all it was a great home and we had a great time.

Amazing stay

42 Grayt Blvd.

Contacted property maintenance regarding non working remote for the upstairs bedroom. They were going to contact property manager. Property manager never followed up with me. I tried new batteries, didn’t work. Also, would have been very convenient if beach chairs came with the property as well. Overall very nice property.

Grayton Beach Perfection

The location of this house is perfect in Grayton Beach - 2 blocks from the beach shuttle. 2 blocks from the best place to eat breakfast / lunch (the Black Bear Bread Co). also 1 mile from the Grayton Beach State Park. no need to rent bikes - there are 4 bikes at the house. next time we go to this area, we will rent this house again

Beautiful place in a great location

Property was beautiful. Located about a mile from the beach with a free shuttle just outside the neighborhood is available. Lots of hiking/biking trails near the property.

Grayt Place

The house was awesome. It actually seems much bigger then the listed Sq. Footage. It was really nice to have bicycles there to use. Also, the outdoor shower was heated...how awesome is that?!? There was enough parking for our 2 vehicles as well as 2 6 seater golf carts. Golf Carts are an awesome thing to do with the location. With parking and everything. Golf Carts are the way to go. There is a place that is about 1/4 mile don the road too. We will be back !!!!

Excellent value

The check in process was easy and the house was exactly as described. It's just a short bike ride to an exceptionally beautiful beach. The neighboring homes are a little close for my taste, and the outdoor area to wash off the sand is a bit small and rudimentary, but these are very minor considerations for me. Also of note, there are no smart TV's in the house, but they are all connected to a cable service. The home was clean and beautiful, and the large bathrooms were especially nice. Overall a great home and location.

Perfect little gem. By default we landed in Grayton as opposed to Seaside, and I’m so glad we did. So much to do in the immediate area, great restaurants. The home is pretty and on a great street. There was construction going on, but it wasn’t much of an impact. The home came with four bikes, we were able to ride around & explore. Definitely planning on returning!

This was an absolutely gorgeous property. We had three generations that stayed here comfortably. Good distance from restaraunt and the beach is not very far either.

Awesome Spring Break!

It was perfect. Loved the house, so so nice. Close to everything. We rented a golf cart and it was so fun going to all the different 30A places on the golf cart. The community pool is nice too. It was a wonderful stay. You do have to drive to the beach, but the public beach is very close and was perfect! We will be back!

Easy rental

We were pleased with the property, cleanliness and engagement with the management company. We had a couple of issues with the bikes which were promptly resolved after reaching out to the management company. We would definitely rent this property again.

Needs some attention

Beautiful property. Outside grill has not been cleaned in some time. Cookie sheet and some silverware and plates had dried food and not cleaned well. Entire house needs a good floor moping as my kids bare feet were black and dirty within minutes. Small ants around kitchen, one in microwave, and some by the stairs leading upstairs. House needs a through spraying. I informed property manager of this- it was not emergent, but needs attention. The master bedroom mattress was like sleeping in quick sand- no support. Beautiful house and furnishings. Loved the bikes included in the rental.

Great house! Great location.

We rented a golf cart so that made it super easy for us to get to the beach and around to the local shops. Bikes were great too. Kids loved the pool. We would come back.

Beach Trip

The house and neighborhood were both very welcoming, we really enjoyed the pool. The location of the house was pretty far from the beach but in great proximity to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.
