This charming one-bedroom cottage welcomes guests with a private screened-in porch, featuring a bistro set for two—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee—and four classic Seaside rocking chairs for relaxing family moments on the porch. Step inside to find an open first-floor layout connecting the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for two additional guests and a flat-screen TV. Across from the living room, the dining area comfortably seats 4 to 6 people. The full-size kitchen, just off the dining room, is equipped with granite countertops, a full refrigerator, an electric stove, and a dishwasher—providing everything you need for cooking. Off the kitchen is a newly added full bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity, along with a laundry area featuring a full-size washer and dryer tucked under the counter. The home also includes an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

The first floor also features the king primary bedroom, complete with a flat-screen TV and double doors that open onto the screened-in front porch. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity is located on this level as well. Stairs lead up to a sleeping loft with a queen bed, accommodating two more guests. (The queen loft is open to the living area below.) Across the home is a second loft, accessible by a ship’s ladder, offering a cozy kids' lounge area—perfect for little ones to hang out and play.
