Our 30A Hideaway is the perfect spot to vacation in Santa Rosa Beach! Located on the ground floor of CABANAS, park at your door! With a secluded outdoor patio, this dream space is your home away from home! The unit has an updated custom turquoise kitchen with subway backsplash, new appliances and copper sink, memory foam mattresses, flat screen TVs, and cozy private veranda. The master bedroom is designed with shiplap walls, new wood flooring and a queen size bed. The hall twin bunks are the perfect tuck-in for the children after a day at the pool or beach. You are just 15 steps away from the Cabanas pool & hot tub and less than 200 steps from the gated, secluded beach access. In addition to two additional pools, the property offers hot tubs, tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffle board, corn hole, walking trails, grills and all that the Gulf Place Town Center has to offer. Located just steps from the famous sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast, the colorful community of Gulf Place is one of 30A’s original new urban developments. The 25 acre community is located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow folks down with beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, plentiful green spaces and plenty of park benches to sit and enjoy the views. Amy, the owner and host was wonderful to deal with. Very accommodating and attentive. Made sure all all my questions were answered and if in need of anything to contact her. Beautiful message layed on bed with fresh flowers was such a delightful touch. The location is perfect, beach with easy walking distance, pool right outside your door. The bed was very comfortable and all the amenities you needed. Will definitely be returning for a visit.

Amy was great to work with, she checked in on us multiple times to make sure everything was good and we had everything we needed. The unit was great, just a few steps to the pool and hot tub and maybe it took us three minutes to get down into the beach. There is lots of shopping, restaurants and a small convenience store right in the complex. We had a great time.. Scott and Cindy

This condo was the best . The property manager was amazing. The location was great. I will definitely stay in this area again . It was the best family oriented area in Florida that I have ever been to. Lots of great restaurants and lots of friendly people. I read a review that said this is a party area, it is not at all . I loved it and so did my family.

We had a good time!

Overall, it was a good stay, considering we booked it very last minute and I appreciated the fact that it fit our family of four well with a kitchen and living room. Due to the bottom floor, you could hear people running above you, but that wasn't a big deal for us. I would say the cons are that it was not very well lit and they did not have a coffee maker, only Keurig. Lastly, the area, Gulfplace, is more of a party place and not as family friendly as we had hoped. But overall it was a good stay!

We loved this place because it was on the ground floor and steps from the pool where we wanted to be. Perfect for a couple but bunks in the hall would certainly work for two kiddos as well - definitely plan to stay there again

Great place even with error

I booked a staycation for our anniversary and everything was going well until I got to the unit and couldn’t find the code to get into the unit. It wasn’t in my spam folder either. I tried calling, messaging, and emailing to get into the unit but no one answered and it was before 10PM. Fortunately we live about 45 minutes away, so after 45 minutes of trying to get in we went home. I called VRBO customer service for help as well and there was nothing they could do except refund our money. After midnight I got a frantic call from Amy who was very apologetic telling me the refund was on its way and asking me to come stay Saturday night for free because it was already reserved for us. The next morning we went ahead and headed that way restarting our staycation. We got out there and the unit was very centrally located with easy access to the beach which was a short distance down 30A and across the street. It has a very clean and relaxing atmosphere which is just what we needed. I would definitely recommend this unit, just double check your email and make sure you get the check in instructions before it gets too late.

Great Property & Owner!

One of our favorite places to stay on 30A. The layout of the unit worked great for my family (my wife and I and our teenage son). The property owner has done an exceptional job of furnishing the condo. The condo itself is located in proximity to the beach, one of the condo pools, and several restaurants and retail shops. Our host was exceedingly kind and responsive!

Love the decor - such a fun vibe! The property was immaculate. It’s centrally located for shopping, dining, and spending the day at the beach and/or pool. Amy was friendly, accommodating, and knows the area well. We will definitely make a return trip!

My family stayed for a week and it was perfect. The beach was a 3 minute walk and the area has fun restaurants that are also walkable. The unit was just as advertised. We would stay here again.

Great stay on 30A!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo. It has a super convenient location on the first floor. Condo is clean, and had everything we needed for a great week! Amy is very easy to work with, and super responsive! We love this unit, and look forward to staying here again!
