30a Beach Properties presents Seagrove Beach Cottage, a newly updated gulf front home in Seagrove Florida. New for 2024, new kitchen appliances and updated furnishings combine with a bright color palette to provide a relaxing retreat. This quiet location offers a stunning walk thru a tunnel of mesmerizing oaks that open up to a high dune and open beach below. Our stretch of beach tends to be less busy with more room to kick a ball or surf the gulf. The owner has meticulously maintained this beach home and continues to welcome returning families each year.
Bikes are available at discounted rates through 30-A Beach Properties. Bikes to Seaside and Watercolor easily.

2nd Floor: 1 King Bedroom | 1 Guest Bedroom with 2 Twins
3rd Floor: Master Bedroom with 1 King Bed occupies the entire 3rd floor

Seagrove Beach Cottage sits on 57 feet of stunning beach frontage. Your boardwalk access borders the home itself and takes you through a secluded tree arbor atop a high dune. Below you'll find a quieter beach with room to throw a ball with the family. A fresh renovation was recently completed and features new kitchen appliances. All new furnishings and a coastal contemporary look make this a great family getaway on a quiet beach. Seaside is an easy bike ride. This convenient location is centrally located to all of 30-A. This delightful floor plan provides four bedrooms, which includes a bonus sleeper room. Immerse yourself in sensational Gulf views from the second floor living-kitchen-dining area. The third floor master suite and large master bath capture the sparkling white sandy beach. On the first floor you'll find a bedroom and bath plus an entertainment room with wet bar. It provides easy access out to the beach walkover. A separate bedroom and large bath are also located on the first floor. Treat you and your family to an exclusive beach setting in Seagrove!

Our family of seven enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. The house was in a great location: shops, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. We would definitely book again.

Myself and 5 young adults (3 were my kids, 2 boyfriends ages 21-25) had a great stay. Excellent location on the beach, house had all the amenities as advertised, all appliances looked brand new. Had no issues with anything at the house, We always use VRBO for a Florida beach vacation and this was one of the best. Went to Destin and used Huntress Charters for an offshore fishing trip, caught fish all the time. Had a company supply a bonfire on the beach. This place is highly recommended. Vacation rental company was top shelf on recommendations. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas, they set them and pick up them up daily .We will definitely be back! Mike

So the location was great but from the pictures I would have assumed that the rooms (other than the master) would have more space in them and more bathroom options? One room had no closet, the other room was just one giant bed and a closet and those two rooms sharing a tiny bathroom was difficult. Also, no pantry was weird for me until we realized we could utilize the kitchen cabinets for that! Nothing to do with the house but the chair rental people were so weird about putting our chairs up, after paying ahead for the week they wouldn’t put them out unless we were out there and if we left for more than 30 min they would put them up? But other than that…the views were to die for and we had such a great time! If the owners ever had the budget, they should put a pool in that backyard! It would be perfect! Haha

Beautiful home in a great location

We rented this house while we were attending a wedding that took place just down the beach. The house was perfect and the location was within walking distance to a lot of local spots. The beach access is a very cool feature.

Fabulous house!

The house is wonderful — fully as described in listing. Views from balconies of the beach/ocean are great. Short walk down the boardwalk to the beach is great. Always a game changer to stay directly on the beach. Highly recommend!!

Great location and house

House was great for our family and friends. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessities for our group. Small kitchenette with coffee maker on first floor was nice. Backyard was perfect for days that we didn’t go to the beach and for kids to play spike ball! Had a few questions and the management company was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Clean and New renovation

Great location on quiet beach with our beach walkway right next to house. Easy bike ride to Seaside cafes & shoppes. Good parking - nicely done renovation. Bright and very clean. Would stay again!
