Nice place overall right on beach

Overall good experience communication was a little bit and miss towards getting there kept getting emails that said call a number for any assistance then when I called with questions told me to reach out to someone else. Not a huge deal it all worked out but only having my a single rolling TP with 4 adults was a poor way to save money. Once again all worked out and these are small things but when you are paying a premium price don’t want to worry about having TP. Would recommend stay just read fully description plan accordingly and enjoy the beach

Wonderful Stay

The unit was just as you saw it online. Very clean and well equipped kitchen.There were starter kits for the bathroom and kitchen. ie. detergent, soap, toilet paper ect. The view is exceptional! We went at Christmas and had bad weather for a few day. Rainy and chilly. We went to the pool a few days. Since it was off season there were no beach chairs. We found out that we could rent them the day before we left. So we just stayed at the pool. Parking was good and there were restaurants that were close. We definitely recommend it.

Very nice condo and location

We had a lovely stay at this unit. The ONLY issue we had was someone from a previous stay had damaged the toaster. I reached out to report the damage and was told I would hear back from someone but we never did. The only other minor issue was a strange smell and the ceiling paint is peeling in a couple of the rooms. I’m pregnant so my nose is VERY sensitive so it could have just been me. None of our other guest ever mentioned the smell. Other than that, beds were comfortable, location was great, access to pool and beach were easy.

Perfect condo

This has absolutely been our favorite condo we have ever rented in seagrove. We come every year, but had never stayed in this building before. Biggest perks are complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, and 2 parking spots. We really enjoyed how spacious and nicely decorated/updated the condo was.

Property is very well maintained and staff are great. Straight out from property is a small "rock pile" that was teeming with small, very colorful fish, crab, and sand dollars. The unit was spacious, well outfitted, and very comfortable and quite, even with construction on the next lot. We never heard a thing in the unit. I highly recommend Beachcrest unit 601.

Awesome Condo

We have stayed at Beachcrest several times, but this is the first time in this condo. The furnishings were lovely. It was well furnished, and had everything we needed. I love that the condo is right on the beach, and near shopping and restaurants. The beach chair / umbrella situation is a bit challenging. One came complimentary with our condo, and we paid for another set up for the week. These couldn't be reserved. We were told that the set ups couldn't be claimed until 9a. However, each day the entire front row was claimed prior to 9a. When questioning this we were told anyone holding chairs with a towel or other personal items prior to 9a would be moved to the second row. This never happened. Each day at least half of the "claimed" setups did not have anyone actually in them until much later, and these people were not moved. Seemed like the whole thing could be resolved with reserved signs. Nonetheless, the condo and property are nice, in a great location and we would return again.

Did not disappoint!

Beachcrest is a well-kept condo building with helpful staff on-site and on-call. The common spaces are kept very clean and inviting. We really appreciated the restroom located near the pool. Our unit (601) seemed to be recently redecorated and presented as the pictures showed. It was a comfortable space for a family of 4. The unit has a well-equipped kitchen if you chose to stay in and cook. Of course the views from the balcony were fabulous! We would definitely rent from Garrett Realty again and stay in 601 if available.

WE STAYED HERE THIS SUMMER AND THIS WAS THE CLEANEST UNIT WE STAYED IN SINCE WE HAVE BEEN STAYING HERE ON 30A THE LAST FEW YEARS. GREAT AREA FOR BIKE RIDING ALSO!!!
