The Neighborhood:

Santa Rosa Beach is known for its laid-back atmosphere and natural beauty. Spend your days exploring Grayton Beach State Park, strolling through Gulf Place Town Center, or relaxing on the powder-soft sands of the nearby beach. For outdoor enthusiasts, enjoy biking along the 30A trail, paddleboarding on Western Lake, or golfing at the nearby Santa Rosa Golf Club. Fine dining, boutique shopping, and local art galleries are just minutes away.



Getting Around:

Take advantage of the golf cart provided to guests for quick trips to the beach, local shops, or nearby restaurants. Alternatively, enjoy the scenic bike trails and walkways that connect much of the 30A area. During peak summer, the free 30A Trolley provides convenient stops along the main route.

Great house and set up. Has everything you need, plus more. Plenty of room and everything was set up, just as described. The located was perfect!! Easy to bike or cart to the beach and easy to walk to the resort style neighborhood pool! We have nothing negative to say!
