Welcome to Forest of Dreams, a beautifully designed retreat in the heart of WaterColor’s sought-after Park District. This home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm, with easy access to all that WaterColor and Seaside have to offer. With 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a sleeper sofa, the home can sleep up to 12 maximum guests.
Guests enjoy full access to WaterColor’s private beach, pools, and amenities, plus the ideal location: just 0.3 miles to the beach, 0.4 miles to the Beach Club, and a short 5-minute walk (0.25 miles) to Seaside’s vibrant square. Whether you stroll, bike (five adult bikes included), or hop on the free WaterColor trolley (seasonal), everything you need is just steps away. Golf carts can be rented from Electric Cart Company if desired, but definitely not needed due to the perfect location.
The open-concept main level floor plan creates a warm, welcoming space for gathering. Two cozy lounge areas, one for reading, one for relaxing around the TV, are connected by a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar for 6. A large dining table for 8 and wet bar make family meals a breeze. Step outside to the screened-in porch overlooking serene views of the preserved Western Lake forest.
Upstairs, natural light pours into all four bedrooms, each with its own private bath: -Master Suite: King bed, spacious bath with claw-foot tub and walk-in shower, plus a private porch overlooking the forest. -Second King Suite: Large sun-filled room, can serve as a second master. -Guest Room: Two full beds, perfect for kids or friends. -Bunk Room: Four twin bunks, always a favorite for younger guests.

Things to know: -Parking: The property has 2 on-site parking spaces available for rental guests to use. An on-property parking space is required for any LSV. -WaterColor amenities: The advertised number of rental guests is the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the property (12). Access credentials (wristbands) are required for all guests ages 5 years and older. WaterColor charges a nightly amenity fee of $9.50 per advertised number of rental guests (12) per night in order to use the amenities of the resort. Please note this price is subject to change annually. The house was incredible. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and the location could not have been better. Every thing about our stay was perfect.
We loved our stay here! The house is charming and in a great location. We were in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We had a great experience and look forward to coming back in the future.
Perfect distance from Seaside. We walked or biked to the market everyday. Easy bike ride to the pools. So much room and multiple places for people to have their own relaxation space as needed was a big plus. Overall, fantastic place and highly recommended.
We have stayed in several places on 30A in recent years with our children, and this was far and away the best. Watercolor beach club and camp watercolor access is huge, as is the ability to rent a golf cart. We will be back.
We loved our stay in Watercolor at this property. The house is so lovely, comfortable and well-equipped. It is also so convenient to everything. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The check-in was so easy.
We loved Watercolor and Staying at Forest of Dreams! We had never been to that area before and found it to be an exceptional location. Close to pools, tennis, pickleball and walking paths. Very close (walking distance) to “downtown” Seaside. The house was clean and comfortable and the wristbands were very convenient to pick up. It was a great stay!
The house was in the middle of everything, a great location for our stay. We had an issue with the fire alarms in the middle of the night, and the maintenance company was there within 20 minutes of calling and fixed the issue. Highly recommend!
This was our 10th time to stay in Watercolor and was our favorite house. Its quiet, clean, great beds, ice-maker, came w bikes and the location was ideal. You can be in Seaside in 4 minutes by foot and same to the beach. We loved it. 2 living rooms and great layout downstairs as well as up.
Our house was perfect for a Thanksgiving holiday. I searched for a place with a big table and a fireplace and a good location to Seaside and Watercolor’s pool and beach. The pools are heated to 83, so we could enjoy swimming. Bikes were fun, and Christmas activities put us in the Christmas spirit. Alexis, the host, was amazing.
We loved everything about this house, town and beach! The location to the beach/Seaside was perfect. This was our first time in the 30A area and can’t wait to come back! Everything was stunning! Alexa was very helpful and the communication was great.

This was a great experience! There were some minor housekeeping items to address upon arrival. But they were all resolved quickly by our host. Our host was very accommodating and helpful. We loved everything about our home. Location was perfect. The openness made it the place to be with our son and his friends. The front and back porches are amazing! I would absolutely stay again. Alexa, the property manager, was extremely responsive and a great communicator. Having owned to homes in the past in Water Color, it was great visiting the area once again. The home was in very clean condition and is located just a few minutes from shopping, dining and all of the amenities of Water Color, Seaside and County Road 30A. The home has everything one needs for an enjoyable stay!
This was a perfect rental property. Contact person (Alexa) was super efficient and quick to reply. Location is perfect, place was spotless. Only thing that could have made it better would be if they supplied trash bags/toilet paper and a little detergent. It seems silly to buy that when you don’t need that much for your stay so you basically leave extra. We will definitely return!

We rented a golf cart, but really only used it to go to Publix. Everything else was either an easy walk or quick bike ride away.

Our family spent a wonderful week on 30A after Christmas through the New Year. The house's location was perfect. close to tennis center, Seaside, and the "downtown" Watercolor amenities. The bikes included with rental made Camp Watercolor, Grayton and the beautiful trails accessible. The house has large front and back porches and two gathering areas on main level which made the property perfect for our crowd. Property manager was extremely responsive. Loved our time there. Will definitely return!
What an amazing week. The location of the house made it extremely easy and accessible to Seaside shops and food, and the beach. We never drove anywhere. Walked each day to the beach and had chairs and umbrellas rented ahead of time. We will definitely be coming back. Communication was seamless throughout the week.
You ever not want to leave a good review because you are afraid others will then book your place? This is one of those. The location, the comfort of the house, the amenities…I can’t speak highly enough of them all and also the owner was amazing to work with. Any and everything was answered or told to us on the front end which made it so easy to check in, know where everything was when we got there, and an easy check out. We will be booking this home again.
We loved staying at Alexa's house in Watercolor. The location couldn't have been better! It was central to the beach, lake, camp watercolor and Seaside. We walked/biked everywhere! We loved how we could walk to Seaside for dinner so easily. No need to worry about driving and parking. We had issues with two of the bikes and the next morning Alexa had two brand-new bikes delivered. She was fantastic! It was a little chilly our first few nights in town and we wished the house had some extra blankets. But besides that the house was just perfect! We can't wait to come back and stay again soon.
