This colorful and unique gulf front home features large, open, spacious rooms, beautiful hardwood floors in the common areas, and double porches overlooking the spectacular Gulf of Mexico. You’ll revel in the glorious, gulf views while enjoying your morning coffee, afternoon glass of wine, or sunset champagne toast.

Dune Dancer is located in the private, gated community of Sunrise Beach, an easy bike ride to explore neighboring beach communities like Blue Mountain Beach or Dune Allen Beach. Venture further east to Grayton Beach to watch the local boat captains launch their boats from the shore and return with their daily bounty. Don’t forget to stop by the Red Bar as you leave the beach for the most delicious smoked tuna dip before beginning the ride home.

After exploring 30A, and playing on the beach all day you’ll return to your home away from home for the week, to prepare a seafood feast in the large, open kitchen, dining, and living area with the help of everyone in the family. This is how memories are made.
