The 1st floor also includes a convenient queen bedroom and 2nd bedroom with queen bunks with trundle bed. The master bedroom is upstairs, as well as the laundry room. With 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, and sleeping up to 11 guests, everyone can unwind in comfort.

Grab some fresh air on the wraparound screened-in porch, or soak up the sunshine lounging at your own private pool. Relax while you grill up some delicious barbeque and watch your family splash their cares away in the cool water. Head up to the private balcony upstairs for a bird's eye view of the neighborhood. Part of the balcony is screened in and the other part is open air.

Its proximity to nearby beach villages Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Watersound, Alys and Rosemary make it an ideal location for all that 30A has to offer.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
